Here's my idea for the Superhero: Comet!
Bio:
Comet was just an ordinary shooting star when young Conner Mettle watched her fly by. Depressed that he was rejected by another girl, he wished out loud for a girlfriend. Unfortunately, he made a mistake and said "I wish you were my girlfriend!" Comet reacted to the wish and came down to fulfill it. Since she had come out of the cycle of shooting stars, her fellow shooting stars followed her path to bring her back and terminate the wisher. With other extraterrestrial life coming down as well, Comet swore to protect Conner while trying fulfill his wish.
1 year later:
Conner broke up with Comet after finding a normal girlfriend. Comet, depressed that she had no meaning anymore, was sought out by Triad, a superhero trying to gain allies. Charmed by his proposal to be part of a team, Comet joined him.
In an alternate future, Comet, like the rest of her team separated. She changed her form and took on the alias Iron Maiden. She like the others eventually regrouped, and managed to fight back the opposing force at that time. The fight took the life of her former boyfriend, Conner Mettle, as he at the time became a hero as well, taking the name Comet as his own identity. Following his death, Iron Maiden changed back into her original Comet form to pay honor in Conner's memory

Comet's abilities:
- As a living shooting star, Comet can move at fast speeds and fly
- Her body structure prevents any infiltration by bacteria or anything that can normally damage an organic being
- Can fire energy beams
- Can consume food, just chooses not to
- Can shift into a "SuperNova" Mode, where her form becomes more pronounced and her abilities double in power. Unfortunately, it leaves her exhausted afterwards.
- Access to cosmic energy, allowing her to manipulate reality if a wish is made. (This ability is sealed as she still is acting on the wish Conner made, even though they broke up)
Weaknesses:
- Prolonged exposure to magnetic field cause her to slow down.
- Explosives can do minor damage to her
- Prolonged exposure to fire can weaken her exponentially
- Not protected against magic

]]>I was so gung-ho when we first got snippets of him, and I bought the individual figures as soon as they were released. and I love each individual one, but I realize I find Gobuster-OH severlly underwhelming. it's really blocky, and so far doesn't do much of anything but show up and look at the monsters till they die. and since the look we've gotten of future combination seems to follow the Hurricanger route and automaticlly ditch the Females mecha with every combination I'm finding myself liking the combined form even less.
Am I alone here or has anyone else noticed it's been a bit of a let down after how awsome Ace has been. ]]>
