Holy crap that looks awesome!
...But if their Transformers toys are anything to go by, it'll probably also be like $300. Tempting, but oof, can't afford it.

Eh. Wings and tail are nice at least but a bit too detailed.

i feel like this is a bit of a weird complaint since flametoys doesnt tend to go for complete accuracy, they tend to make their own designs, you can see this on their transformers toys
if they were going for accuracy it wouldn't have the badass wings and tail. the fact its apparently a combinable toy puts it above their transformers ones Last edited by Bionichute; 01-19-2021 at 10:52 AM.. |

That's neat and all, but considering their non model kits go for $400, I likely won't ever have the chance to own this

So this is a figure, not a model kit?
Dang. I guess I'm gonna have to keep looking for a Super Minipla that isn't ridiculously expensive.

Reactivated my account on here to talk about this thing.
First off so figure, not kit? That's a shame because I really want more super robot kits after the Gundam Tryon-3 and Go Saurer kits. Also the price thing. But I'll wait and see, maybe we're wrong about what it is. Next up, what might be the single most interesting thing to me. That Hasbro is listed as being the partner in this project. Maybe it's just the US announcement, but if Toei or Bandai Japan were involved, you'd think their names would be on there for legal reasons. This figure or kit is definitly going to get a release on Hasbro Pulse though. Finally, speaking of Hasbro, I wonder if this line will also see their own transform and combine characters. We might be seeing Transformers combiners through this, and with less restrictions than a mass market brand like Generations would have. Maybe a bunch of the Japanese show combiners like Roadceaser, Leokiaser, JRX, etc. |
