Metallic Green is pretty neat. Metallic Blue looks good. But overall as a set, it's kinda meh. I'd rather have the normal ones. I don't plan on completing the set. I only have(and plan to keep) Red and Gold which were my first SHFs and then Green because.....Green.

One thing that I don't really like about this set is that since Super Shinken Red was included, you don't get the rekka daizantou or Shishi origami which kind of ruins the consistency of the set. Other than that this looks like a very nice set, especially the metallic paint job on them (aside from the plainly painted weapons). This would've been a nice alternative if I hadn't planned on (and completed) getting the individual members.

Huh, I'm not sure, but I think they didn't turn out that well. I mean, the metallic paint was a nice idea, but what's the point of that if they use regular paint on the shoulder parts? You can see it best with green, it looks like they didn't have enough of the metallic paint. Also, is it just the lighting or is pink really red/orange? At first glance, without looking at the helmet, I almost thought it was the female Red. Yellow is also a bit too dark for my taste. The other colors look kinda neat though (except for the mentioned parts).

They didn't come out too badly (well Pink looks pretty bad but I'll take you guys' word on the photographing difficulty). I'd quite like the see how the MMPR guys would turn out this this treatment.

The regular ones probably look better overall, but this is the easiest way of getting a full Samurai/Shinken team.

That's a pretty cool set of figures. But I do NOT like the metallic shine on them. Especially Pink....er Lightish Red.

I don't know why but I really want this set. Even though I would only remove Super Red from it.
