That neck features the most useless joints ever. In show have we ever seen him lift his head up off his shoulders? No. I've got no clue why they'd waste money designing that neck when its not something he's even capable of doing in show.

Simple answer. For those fans that'd spend countless hours bitching their Figuarts doesn't have head articulation.
