Nice! The purple one never came out over here and I couldn't be bothered to import a redeco, so I stuck with the grey one, who did make it over here, but about a year later than his U.S release!

Eeyup! Considering that he managed to take out ALL of the 'Cons at once in the old comics, that's pretty badass!

You should! It probably won't replace Geki as your favorite, but if you can get past the wackiness Go-onger is a really solid show. I think its main strength is how likable the entire cast is.

Oh I meant Renn from Go-onger. I think I pretty much like everyone in Gekiranger too.

I can understand that sentiment. For many of my favorite series, such as Shinkenger, Magiranger and Gokaiger I'm usually not a fan of everyone, and for all three series I'm not a fan of the Blue Ranger. Even Go-onger, where I like everyone decently, Renn is my least favorite character. In that respect Retsu was a big surprised at how interesting he is.

That's cool! Gou is pretty cool, but I'm guessing there's more backstory to him than what is shown now. So in the meantime, I have to say my favorite of the 5 is Retsu. I love his style, his focus on grace and beauty over raw power and I like how he initially looked like the bad boy of the group but was revealed to be the most gentle of the three.
