TMNT is toku now? *mind blown* |
The live-action portion of it, technically. Guys in suits fighting guys in suits, amirite? :D

I have heard only vague horror stories about this and something about a 5th turtle that is never suppose to be mentioned again.

Second, the vague horror stories are vague because until recently, when it was put on Netflix, no one remembered much about this show other than it being really bad...by the way it's really, REALLY, bad. Venus is far from the worst thing in the show and that's saying something. At the very least it sometimes gets so bad that it's funny. Now what's really sad is I'm still going to buy it. I have most of TMNT on DVD, so might as well go for a complete collection (now if sHout could get the 2k3 series in some nice and proper sets) PS For any Scott McNeil fans out there, he's in the show (in person, not just a voice) as one of the very few good things, Bonesteel. |
Oh wow, this makes me feel old. :lol I think I only watched one episode of that show before I turned off the TV. Seeing this being released on DVD makes me wonder if Saban will release Masked Rider on DVD also.

Let's see, the show had Shredder in like 2 episodes, the Dragon King who was supposed to become the main villian was only in like 10 episodes, and then you had that taxidermist guy and a chinese vampire chick wearing a pink sparkly ninja outfit. It would have made more sense if they had removed the vampire portion and made her Karai. If you want to see how they can make a show bad, watch the crossover episode from Power Rangers in Space. |
