Power Rangers Samurai BULL ZORD
1 Attachment(s)
The (presumed) last entry in Samurais' Zord lineup has been found at retail by a member; Bull Megazord can combine with the other Samurai releases to create "Giga Zord."
Further details as they become available! Picture courtesy of Busterman1026 aka Shakivan88 aka GTR-Prime |
Giga Zord, interesting. I'm guessing their saving the name Ultra Zord for Ha-Oh
|
No Gigazord is it
|
Oh yeah, when posting that I thought there were more zords to combine it with but checking there really aren't (aside from the Sharkzord but that's just a sword).
|
I guess if this really is the last then that means no deluxe Lantern :(

I'm waiting to see actual combine pictures, but I'm happy with my Ha-Oh

It's not bad looking. It seems they're taking a cue from the candy toy, and condensing it down to look less like a robot on a moving platform.

i can appreciate the overall look of BOA's Version of MogyuDaioh, i kinda like it more than mogyu, but at the same time its gonna be very interesting to see when this shows up in the actual series
|
I'll be very surprised if they change it in the series to be honest, same goes for the Lantern/spider zord. But hey, I'd like to be surprised :lol
Back to the figure, I like the way this has turned out. The platform aspect of Ha-Oh irked me, so its nice to see that BoA have seemingly done away with it. That, and the name 'Gigazord' kicks ass. |
That thing screams Taurazord remold.
Just sayin'. NOTE: I don't own either, just commenting from pictures. :p |
BullZord looks amazing.
I always loved the design, good to see it getting a toy of it that can totally be awesome looking by itself. (except for the candy toy that is" In a way it looks like a DX retrofire. |
First off, hello everyone, heard about this from Hisstank and I'm really excited to be here. Secondly, WOW the Bull looks awesome. Although I don't own the Samurai Ha-Oh, I've seen a lot of video of it, and in my opinion, from what we can tell about it, it looks like the BOA "Gigazord" (great name) is actually a step up from it. It looks thinner, less cumbersome, and more like a mecha suit that would be worn in the sentai.
It was also a grand surprise that according to the front of the box and the picture on back it says "bonus Disc"S" included" I thought for sure they'd skip out on that but I'm happy to see they've not. Here's to you BOA for surpassing my expectations! |
huh, Bull Zord looks remolded, giving a much better look to Giga-zord, huh, I may have to buy claw zord after all, now I'm gonna have to hunt down beetle and Octo....bettle JUST sold out in town and I've never seen octo on the shelves.
|
Slimmer, less Blockish Ultimate mode?
Where do i send my money? |
I'm happy with the way Mogyudaioh's transition has occurred, at least from pictures. I'm still gonna try to own a DX Daikaioh one day, but the Claw Zord will keep me happy along with the OctoZord until I can get Genta's DX mecha.
As for Mogyudaioh, I never planned on owning him, but the Bullzord looks nice enough to have so I think I'll try picking it up. |
I was so so dissapointed with the American release.

I love how sometimes BOA can miss the mark so bad (like the remolds of the first Samurai Megazord to be smaller) but at the same time knock it out of the park (with the Gigazord). Gotta give it to BOA - they're not cutting corners as much as they are increasing play value for their stuff. |

pretty cool
like!

Giga?
Gigazord. Don't know what to think, honestly. They usually always use Ultra when they used their ultimate combined forms in whatever series. But.. I think Gigazord sounds better. Maybe because it's different. But it definately sounds good.

I wonder where that person has been getting this new Bandai stuff. Seem to be early cases.

The second sighting was an eBay seller, also from California, who sold four of them for $90.00 a piece. The third sighting, with pics, came from butterflyboy, located in Oregon. So, they seem to be on the west coast, and in the case of the last one, at Wal-Mart. Quote:

Speaking of extra Zords, such as ol' Sharky... As for the upcoming Lantern/Spider Zord...I'm not sure what it's purpose is. It shows that it has Megazord connector points, much like the rest of the auxiliary Zords, but no one can figure out what the hell it's supposed to be. Quote:

GTRPrime over at TFW got pictures, so I was hoping that he would throw up some review already
|
Oh, I looked up those photos put up on Rangerboard. That's a sad little bull mode the BOA one has. Pretty squashed looking, but the other two modes havd their improvements.
|
i am shakivan88 on rb and gtr-prime on tfw all box pics belong to me please give me credit to my pics

Found this today at one of the local Wal-Marts. Pretty impressive looking.
|
I was tempted to get back into collecting BOA PR items. I'll probably import them now, because of the simplification and lack of paint details are just a major let down from BOA.
