Armored Might MMPR Green Ranger Gallery
27 Attachment(s)
Today we're taking a look at another figure from the Power Rangers Super Megaforce toy line with a gallery of the Armored Might Mighty Morphin Green Ranger!
The Mighty Morphin Green Ranger stands at approximately 7 inches tall and has 29 points of articulation. The figure uses a male buck nearly identical to the previously released MMPR Red Ranger with the only difference being a unique head sculpt. The Green Ranger comes with 2 sets of hands, the Dragon Dagger, 2 piece shield, and 2 arm bands. Disappointingly, the figure is not packaged with a Blade Blaster despite it still having 2 holes on it's belt. One of the biggest problems with the MMPR Red figure is that it is near impossible to peg the underarm straps on the back half of the shield into the front portion. The shield that comes with MMPR Green is a lighter gold color than the original release and the strap issue is seemingly resolved. The straps attach much more easily to the front shield portion and make the armor feel much more secure. Unfortunately, the arm bands in this release are identical to MMPR Red's and have the same difficulty staying in place on the bicep. Unlike the friction bands packaged with MMPR White, Green's bands are specifically molded to the bicep. If you like the previous Armored Might releases and you do not mind their 'roid-rage' look, then the MMPR Green Ranger is a solid purchase. Although it lacks fewer accessories compared to previous releases, it does manage to improve upon the problems found with them as well. |
Great gallery, really shows of the poseability of that figure... too bad it's hideous.

I want it now.
|
I need that white and green ranger
|
Zordon's smoky beard, he's titanic!
Don't care for that shade of green, though... |
I wonder why his joints are green on the hands and feet given the Armored Red Ranger had white ones.
Honestly, if it wasn't for Figuarts I think this would be the 'go to' line for fans of the original Power Rangers. |
Soo was he bench pressing Dragonzord himself? Thats way to jacked up for me. But still i may buy him.

Still this is a nice figure, if it a little too "BEEFCAKE!!!!" for my tastes. |
Yeah I don't need this figure in my collection. It's too ugly for me, and the problems with the joint colorings are too much for me.

Powerful green ranger!!!
Can we see it next to the S.H.F Akibarangers?? |
