Japan Vs USA
Toei has been doing Ranger shows since 1975 but the mild rub came up in 1993 with MMPR.
This part bugs me a bit. It shouldn't be about what franchise does it better. Both sides have off moments. Also both sides have weak plots. But having started to watch the Toei sides recently maybe we need to let each be it's own line. I do admit that we got short shafted from Mystic Force to RPM. That aside we need to maybe let each franchise stand on their own. |
I'm a bit confused, how do we let Power Rangers stand on its own if it needs to use footage from Super Sentai? Doesn't it make it a whole new thing then?

Are you seriously saying you prefer Go-Onger to RPM?!

I made the switch this year into To Quger having gotten To Quger to Ryusoul on DVD due to Saban and Hasbro skipping them. Totally Toei started at To Quger and now I won't skip any of them. If true about Hasbro bailing on Toei I won't be watching Power Rangers starting this year.
Dino Fury could possibly be the last Toei based series if true. I did get Nin which Saban adapted as Ninja Steel. The others had been skipped for Dino Fury. To Quger skipped for Ninja Steel. |
