No pics allowed of this one because the figure on display is literally the vintage Ninja Megazord. They had a gray prototype that they didnt think looked good enough to bring. INFORMATION DROP! - Legacy Figures 6" in scale - Legacy Figures have a "Build a Figure' accessory to build that team's Megazord - Legacy 6th Rangers and Extra Rangers will have extra accessories, not a Megazord piece - Female Legacy Rangers will have slits in skirts to allow leg movement unlike current 5" figures - 3 Assortments per year - 2 Seasons per year - This year - Mighty Morphin Power Rangers and Power Rangers Ninja Storm (Ninja Steel influence) - Assortment 1 - MMPR Red, Green, Ninja Storm Yellow, Blue, Red, and one other MMPR figure - Legacy figures of EVERY ranger ever. $20 price point on each. Begin releases in July with MMPR & Ninja Storm. 6" scale figures, brand new molds with more articulation. Each includes their zord so that when you get the whole series you can build a small 6" scale Megazord the same size as the rangers. |
Legacy figures of every ranger sounds really interesting. I can't wait for that.
|
"Every Ranger ever" is a tall, TALL promise. What happens if sales for the line bottom out & things get canceled?
|
Any word on whether these rangers are nicely proportioned or is it the same old song and dance?

"Every ranger ever" does sound both promising and a little ambitious. But definitely cool. Looking forward to seeing them.

Yay Ninja Megazord!
I'm also interested in the legacy figures, but eh. I know they love their beefcake proportions too much to not use it. After all, boys only buy action figures of beefy men and girls with Power Girl proportions |

Ooh, I'm especially interested to see how those zord pieces turn out. Especially since they're going to be as articulated as the DX ones to work as build-a-figures.
Unless they cheap out and just throw them in already transformed of course. |

That's a neat little idea.
Shane's additional zord is gonna be microscopic, though :p So, can the zord transform, or is it build a figure with arms, legs, torsos? |

Oh?
...Huh. Well, that sucks. I really wanted to know how the Legacy Ninja Megazord looked, too... |
Megazord "Build A Figures" for the Legacy 6" lines are NOT Mixx & Morph. They didn't even design them similarly to that.
|
I would hope they'd transform, but I guess it'd be too much to ask for at a 6 inch scale :lol
I hope they're articulated~ |
6th Rangers will not include their zords with the Legacy line. They will instead include additional weapons. Tommy does not include Dragonzord but instead will have the Sword of Darkness.

Also I highly doubt that the Ninja Megazord will cost $80. Look for that to go higher. |

I'd love if these figures looked good enough to fill in the Figuarts ranks, especially Dino Charge

This might finally be the line that brings me the Titanium ranger I've always wanted.
I'm picturing figures that are more akin to the marvel legends line than figuarts, but still less absurd proportions than the current 5 inch line. I just want a bicep swivel. That's not too much to ask right? Maybe ankle articulation. |

Sweet news on the Ranger figures. Operation Overdrive, here I come!

Then I misread something I read on another forum.
What I read sounded like they would be packaged together. Glad that was straightened out. Thanks Den-O |
I hope we find out more about the Communicator.
I hope we get to see somthing of Ninja Steel. Like may be the logo. Sad news there not going to talk about the movie. |
The Legacy figures definitely sound like they'll be interesting. Definitely count me in when/if they get to Lightspeed Rescue. This might also allow me to build my own team of Rangers, which is what I was planning on doing back when I bought a Megaforce Pink Ranger figure... and then Bandai switched scales on me.
Hopefully this will last long enough to get things like Megaforce and Dino Charge figures made. |
Sloppy photography led me to see the Legacy Green Ranger figure and the Legacy Megazord build a figure.
They look amazing - simply the best looking item(s) that Bandai America has released in terms of "figures". I wish I could share it with you. |
Man, a consistent scale for every American Ranger.
1.) Seems unlikely to finish. 2.) Glad I didn't buy any of the Legacy figures so far, or any of the reds from the Super Megaforce line. 3.) Might they even do various super modes, battlizers, team wide upgrades, etc? |

Legacy ninja megazord interesting. Guess I gotta grab that falconzord now
|
Its true. the figures look far more slender and less roid rage than the previous years of boa figures. Also that build a figure megazord (masterpiece!).

Ok, Black and Gold Dragonzord looks sexy as hell. I haven't gotten any of the Legacy zords so far, but I'm not thinking about just going Black and Gold.
Also, Tribe Coin! Is that going to be released with something other than an obscenely expensive convention exclusive?! |
*Reads news page*
*Info sinks in* *Starts drooling* *Starts panicking over how he's going to get the funds to afford all this* |
