Holy crap.
This looks so much better than I anticipated. :thumb: EDIT: As expected, P-Bandai. Here's the link: https://p-bandai.jp/item/item-100013...964.1531895434 EDIT 2: As much as I love the look of this, I'm gonna have to pass. I'm too worried about those saucers breaking off his shoulders when I handle this thing and honestly the stress is not worth it. |

Honestly, I wish Bandai had done the free-flowing cloth earlier with Brave Legacy and Fantasy Gamers. Would've made a whole lot of difference. |
Only 2 additional pairs of hands and the parts needed for his alternate forms. Kinda wish he came with one or both of his books, but honestly Ginga doesn't need much more than that. 7700 yen is still a bit steep though; can only imagine what it'd be if it had cape wires...

This looks awesome. I really love Kamen Rider Woz Ginga :D
I also really want Bandai make a Kamen Rider Ginga Figuarts :D I pretty sure the next Zi-O Rider Figuarts release is Grand Zi-O :D |
Sorry dopost....

In any case though, Trinity still hasn't been announced, so that should be next |

About Final Form, the official release of Ex-Aid Muteki is still not yet announced. |

Is there any big reason that we haven't seen a final form since Tridoron? Did it and Kiwami Arms just sell awfully, so Bandai hasn't risked it since?

Anyways, I don’t think Kiwami Arms sold poorly? At least I didn’t notice it warming the online-shelves at the time and they did lots of Gaim after which also did well. Tridoron was the first strange case because it came very late and was Exclusive on top of that. I really have no idea why they aren't doing final forms anymore. One would assume they sell better than final upgrades for secondary or tertiary Riders, just because. |
They haven't been doing many over in Seihou, either. Ultimate, Hyper and that's your lot. Maybe it'll change soon since Xtreme is the last W form left...

I don't ever expect us to see Mugen because Ghost's figure sales were altogether not really great, but we've slowly had Ex-Aid's figures trinkle little by little. It wasn't that long ago that we got another Cronos in his Gemdeus colours, so maybe they're intending Muteki to be the final capstone to all of Ex-Aid's figureart line. It's still taken way too long, of course.
I wanna assume the same for Genius, though there's a lot of Build forms left to cover so who knows if it'll end up appearing before or after Cross-Z Build. While I'm on the subject, I was going to say that I can't imagine a Grand Zi-O figuart with all the little details on each tiny rider statue. Buuuut they don't even have the front of Zi-O's ridewatches looking proper, so maybe they'll be more willing to skim on certain details than I realise... Oh yeah, WozGingaFinally (what a name) looks awesome. |

I can take or leave Cross-Z Evol but it's interesting to me how Grease's V-Cinema form was announced for a figure before the special even came out, yet Cross-Z's is nowhere in sight. |

Maybe Kazumin is just more popular with the Japanese fandom than Banjou? It worked well enough for Dan the Man.

I like that according to the content list the Taiyou and Wakusei face parts are indeed just face parts and not full new heads. Getting into parts-swapping on a smaller scale like that is probably a little more economical, so glad that Bandai is continuing on that trend. Shame they didn't start doing this stuff a year earlier, maybe they'd have found a way to give Poppy the red eyes or something. Or maybe Hazard Form with a couple swappable faces instead of only one full new head. There's so many possibilities once you start doing stuff like that, really.

Seeing OOO Figuarts renewal have removable body for form changes, this make me really want the other Figuarts like Ex-Aid, Build, Gaim and Ghost are have form change gimmick too....
Maybe Bandai will be make renewal version of Ex-Aid, Build, Gaim and Ghost in the future so that's figuarts will be have form change gimmick... |

- Ghost didn't get one because the toyline sold terribly. I believe Ghost to this day has only had 8 figures and it's the only show from recent memory that doesn't have a Figuarts of any of its main villains. - Ex-Aid had TONS of Riders and forms that probably took precedent over Muteki. The popularity of Dan Kuroto also probably pushed Emu's forms on the back burner. But we've seen recent Ex-Aid releases as of this year with still more on the way so I wouldn't worry about Ex-Aid just yet. In fact, I'd be willing to bet on Hyper Muteki making an appearance at the Tamashii Nations event next month. - Build is in the same predicament as Ex-Aid, just with less Riders and more forms. Build is still relatively fresh so the door isn't closed on the line yet. His penultimate form isn't even released yet so I'd give him more time. Really, I'd only put Ghost in the category of "Never gonna happen". Build and Ex-Aid were both popular seasons, so I can't imagine Bandai just calling it quits now. |

Something also interesting to note is that we also haven't had a movie-exclusive form since Drive, either. Though unlike the likes of Type: Special and Fusion States, the movie-exclusive stuff in Ghost and Ex-Aid were less climatic extra final forms and more just minor things even on par with early-season non-upgrade gimmick items. Hell, in their summer movies Mugen and Muteki were used to end the final battle.
Completely different story when it comes to Cross-Z Build and Ohma Form, though. |
