Racles Aznable!

The people of Shugoddam are the most easily lead sheeple I've ever seen. How many times have they been duped by obvious nonsense at this point?
Also, has Suzume gone full villain now or is she acting as a double agent again? Taking all bets! Daigo, last episode: "Prince, take care of Gabutyra." Gabutyra: Immediately hitchhikes to another planet |
WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!
I know it was obvious, especially since we still have so much lore that needs to be addressed, which I definitely want answers for so he's not just a stereotypical villain. Though now begs the question, what's Suzume's deal? She just went and rescued everyone (and still supposedly down bad for the King) and now serves Dugded. It could be he got revived (which would be kind of lame), or she's playing the Kaguragi Game and deceiving them in some way. I'm kind of glad they're deciding to make the orphans Gira grew up with kind of not care about him, as it shows that Dugded really didn't discriminate when it came to giving everyone luxury. *insert Soviet Anthem here* Though another question would be, where's the matchstick guy? Next Episode: I'm going to beat you with the power of friendship and technology! |
So Dugded used the Baranoia method of taking over the world while the Rangers are away for 6 months. Unlike Baranoia though, Dugded isn't oppressing Shugoddam, but rather buying their loyalty with stuff taken from the other kingdoms he's oppressing. Looks like most of Shugoddam's citizens don't even give a damn about the welfare of other kingdoms anymore, which our selfishness expert Hymeno points out as the result of overindulgence and if she's calling them out, then it must be pretty bad. There's also the propaganda against them for their long involuntary absence.
Racles is back! Well, apparently. I have my doubts though. We saw that Kamejim is on the throne of Ishabana and there's no way Racles would be okay with that, after finding out he murdered and impersonated Boshimar. So, either Racles is secretly plotting revenge against the Galactinsects, or he's a zombie like Nephila. It's too early to judge for sure, from the little we've seen of him at the end of this episode, but the way he talks seems a little different from how I remember him. Pretty cool to see how the Tombo-Papillon sword can be turned around and used as an axe! I'd like to briefly give my criticism about the previous 2 episodes. While I can slightly appreciate how the Galactinsects are actually progressing the plot behind the scenes, I find it a little frustrating how such an important part of the lore of King-Ohger's Terra is now connected to Kyoryuger's Earth. Like, a bunch of humans just built a spaceship and flew away, 2000 years ago, from Earth? It doesn't even make sense! Honestly, I'm glad we're back to Terra now. Quote:

I had to mute the mech battle. I skipped the crossover episodes intentionally because I didn't want to have to hear that fucking whistle ever again. Really, really hope that this shit isn't around for long and we get the proper Kingohger back ASAP.

I like it.

Their objective would be to establish strategic partnerships in order to enhance their position and garner support in their endeavour to regain power.
