Great finale. I don't know that Ryusoulger will ever be among my favorite Sentai, but this is definitely one of my favorite Sentai finales. I've tended to stereotype them as disappointing, so I'm delighted we've gotten a couple of strong ends in a row.
The mecha stuff was too brief, but still managed to call back a little to the show's early mecha sequences. Pretty much everything until the denouement worked well for me. The denouement was... vague. Certainly the weakest element of the episode and an indicator about what didn't really work in the series: our core characters. Most of them just weren't that well-defined, so their send-offs didn't resonate.
The little hint at Nada toward the end was nice; it would have been more typical of Sentai for him to have been forgotten.
It was a little odd the Kishiryuu weren't returned by the end of the episode. Their whole bit is that they gave up their freedom to bind Heras, so given that Heras was destroyed, it's a little puzzling they didn't pop right back up. I don't *hate* that element because it lends to the sacrifice theme of these final episodes.
I wonder if I'd have liked the Ui bit more if I hadn't known about the show's background goings-on.
The handoff was... uninspired. Surprising.
I'll also say this for the episode: while many Sentai finales put a seemingly permanent end on the series only to have that walked back for the inevitable post-series movies, this one clearly left narrative threads open for the almost-certain vs. Kiramager movie.
LOVED that the episode didn't fixate entirely on the red hero. More of this from Sentai, please.
