I only watched it in RAW before but I must say that I enjoyed it. I understand a couple of the dialogues there but yeah needs SUB for knowing it better. I do think that the movie was too short, considering that Ghost has so many plot holes that were actually promoted to this V-Cinema but I felt that some of them aren't that explained so much. Regarding this, I really hope that this movie got an extended 30 minutes or something to give more significant to the movie characters and dig Makoto's characters more. This is a reverse to Chase's V-Cinema that the long duration aren't so much worth at all, considering that Chase's development was practically covered in the series too.
However, it's surprising, and in a good way, that this V-Cinema also focus on our beloved Prince Takoyaki; Alain. Heck, if you think about it, Alain is given more significant to the story and the movie here than Makoto himself. Still, it doesn't mean that Makoto was pretty much shoved off. One thing to notice that Ghost once again proves that it doesn't need a fancy insert themes. The BGM and OST in this movie is pretty rich, especially during Sin Specter's fight. We even got a good instrumental version of Ghost's OP here too, so good luck for those who loves Ghost's OP.
Overall, I don't think that this movie will move the heart of anyone who hates Ghost to like it. But, I do think that this movie is acceptable to be watched. If you can get past to Onari's scenes here (and yeah, there're a good 10 minutes or so), you're basically fine here. I think it's better than your average V-Cinema. Definitely better than the first Gaim Gaiden or maybe Chase's V-Cinema. It's on par with Mach, heart, Knuckle and Duke's V-Cinema to be honest. Still, I do really hope that they extend the duration because I don't know why but the movie was seemingly racing with the duration and it's not pretty. With SUB, I might watch it again to know the dialogues better and I hope you guys will actually enjoy it.
