I really do wonder about just how expensive stuff like Ex-Aid and Gaim would be with not just having a ton of gimmick items, but all of them having electronics and a LOT of sounds and other features being packed in. And then of course you have the crazier upgrade items and it just gets even more intense. At least with OOO and Decade who also had a ton of collectibles, they were much simpler, smaller and non-electronic; still fairly expensive and produced at a beautiful premium quality, but nothing compared to what they'd have to do for all of Zero-One's Progrise Keys, for instance.
... oh my god, Zi-O would be a
nightmare.
Even on the non-electronic side, stuff like Fourze and Build is so high on quantity and so bulky with each item that it's hard to see many being included in the base set. I think looking away from later series like Ghost or Drive for now, Fourze and Wizard seem like the only feasible 'later' drivers for the near future; so for now I'm much more curious how those would be handled. Wizard seems a much more simple affair with the Wizard Rings being small enough and not even the upgrade ones being electronic, and even though there is a lot of them; you could easily get away with just including the original four Transformation rings, Driver On and Kick Strike before putting everything else in a special set like OOO. But Fourze? Beyond the obvious base four switches, which ones do you choose?
