I may be wrong, but Go-Busterd isn't really an underrated series, it seems to be a fan favorite season, while Toei considered it a failure due to low toy sales.
As for Kyuranger and LuPat, they could've been successful but they failed because they didn't reach their supposed potential. Kyuranger commited the classic mistake of focusing way too much on Red (and the increased focus on other Rangers felt like a reaction rather than what was planned), and LuPat is basically Lupinranger with Patranger being side characters.
Sentai really wanted to take risk to make something new and they should have, but they always stick to their pattern on focusing on one character instead of making an ensemble series. It says something when Kamen Rider Ex-Aid treats the supporting Riders far better than Sentai's non Red Ranger.
