This was...alright. It was about as good as you can get for an RPM 'tribute' episode with only trace elements of RPM in it.

It was good but it could have been better.

I voted average. What saved this episode was, though it wasn't perfect, it wasn't the worst episode I've seen this season. The only real thing that annoyed me was showing the Engine Soul, which Turbo Falcon doesn't come with, and the fact not one actor could return from RPM? Really? Not the General, or Dr. K, or even Ziggy? Not one person noticed a giantass Zord ripping through 'Corinth' or the giant mech battle destroying 'downtown'?

Unless Corinth has changed a ton since RPM that wasn't it! For a second I thought they ended up where Alex and the Time Shadow Megazord hang out!

I had the same thought. Maybe after they defeated Vendrix (Or whatever he was called) they expanded Corinth? I don't know.

There are plenty of reasons to hate Megaforce/Super Megaforce. It's a great example of how to try without really trying and failing spectacularly. That being said, this wasn't the worst of the worst either. Minimal new footage of Professor Cog and the Grinders was a nice touch. Hitching a ride on a tractor just leaves one asking "Why?". Being from the south, I've been around tractors, but even this left me a little dumbfounded. It's as if they went ahead with the comedic value simply because they knew there would be a plethora of new scenes for the beginning and end. Also, Corinth may look different, but "being at peace" offers some possibilities for acceptance. Also, why didn't they edit "Go-onger" from the tires? It's plain as day. Whatever happened to the old days when they would edit the background to remove certain contradictory elements? Despite the flaws, the episode felt like a tribute as opposed to the others. Having Cog and the T. F. and the visit to "Corinth" made the RPM morph more appropriate. In terms of post-Time Force-to-pre-Samurai teams, Wild Force, Jungle Fury, and RPM had what could arguably be considered the best of the Super Megaforce tribute episodes. Sadly, it still pales in comparison to Gokaiger. Also, when the Turbo Falcon is about to leave and everyone disembarks, you can see the "Sentai" of Super Sentai ON THE BLASTED ZORD'S TIRES!!! If you're trying to do your own thing, THEN EDIT THE THING CORRECTLY!!!

In the realm of this season it was a good episode. Not the best, but definitely not the worst. The editing really got on my nerves though since they edit some Sentai out while not editing others. Last episode was a good example of how you do two episodes as one to sorta match up with the sentai footage, but I digress.
