Playing Assassins Creed 2 and here are some things that sprang to mind:
The motto of the Assassins (Nothing is True, Everything is Permitted) just pisses me off. I think it's that nobody seems to realize that the statement "Nothing is True" is a self-referential incoherent fallacy. If nothing is true, than the statement "nothing is true" is not true rendering there to be truth. And apparently there are alternate translations that don't trigger a self-referential incoherent fallacy. I want to see an Assassins Creed game or other merch whose plot delves into the history of the First Civilization and their culture. Because I hate mysteries where a powerful ancient unknown group just exist and are mysterious.

Yep, KRX picked his Robins well *The Joker's backstory for example, we (and the clown himself for that matter) have no concrete reason why he's a psycho and his overall zany brand of Ax Crazy makes us not care in the slightest. |

Metroid Prime, and I can see why so many people think this is the best Gamecube game ever. It's just awesome, even when using a crap controller.

Okay posting my thoughts on game i played over christmas during my time off the net.
Gunman clive, i'm honestly surprised by how much i enjoyed this game. It was only 1,99 on the the eshop so i wasn't expecting it. There's only 4 worlds with 4 levels plus a boss in them so yeah it's pretty damn short. But with 3 playable characters it made me replay the game a couple of times to see how each of them faired. Clive, our title character, he plays like megaman in the 8 bit games. Ms Jonson, plays like princess peach with a gun. And lastly Duck, he can't do anything but fly, which is fun. He doesn't get the boss fights though. By the last world i was saying "Well this game officially gave up. " because the game started in a old west town and then it went in space. Overall it was a short but sweet experience and recommend it.

I got Starcraft II for Christmas, and while Blizzard's always-online policies are annoying, this game is spectacular. Polished to the highest degree, with a great single-player campaign coupled with a fantastic multiplayer mode. Easily the best RTS I've played in a decade.

Been playing Arkham Origins.
It's alright. I mean, it's an Arkham game so it is going to be good but at the same time I can't help but feel a little bored with it. I mean…it's exactly the same as Arkham City with a nicer looking cityscape. |
