This movie was superb. Hands down the best thing to come out of Kyoryuger. Everything just felt right. Uppi is the best
My one gripe is they didn't use the colour mistakes to their full advantage. The story of them getting their proper colours was really well done but the biggest draw for me was seeing them in that unorthodox formation. It would have really nice to see some sort of Tobaspino formation that they couldn't control or even a dangerous Tobaspino carnival mode. But thinking about the budget this thing had, those all seem a bit much That bit after the credits gave me feels as well, and I don't even like the show all that much.

WAit what... They become the original Kyroyugers? That's a bit odd... I kinda enjoyed the whole set of different color sentai team they had going on.

ok really enjoyed it. the fact the the great grand kids ended up being the same colours as the great grand parents was awesome. the little comedy moment at the end with yaoi was also funny to try and narro who daigo went with even though it slightly obvious it was ami

It's funny, I wasn't a big fan of this show when it started, but it really grew on me. The movie was well done for the level of fan service it provided. Definitely a major case of the feels.

Past, present and future KyoryuGold steals the show.
I actually really enjoyed this, it just felt like everyone on the production was having so much fun. I'd probably enjoyed this more, if I liked Kyoryuger more, but the in jokes at its core series own silliness were largely still strong enough to enjoy here without the emotional connection to that series. It also took some of the worst parts of Kyoryuger and smoothed them until they became diamonds while adding enough of its own new ideas to keep things fresh. I guess this proves why second seasons are important in TV, because it gives you a chance to learn from your mistakes, which tokusatsu just can't really do being mostly isolated to a single series and a few standalone films. I never thought I'd be asking for it, but if this is how Kyoryuger can improve itself I'd be happy for a whole new season. If I was to have any criticisms it's how low budget this was, I know tokusatsu isn't big budget anyway but every seam, make up, wig, gap and crease was placed centre stage in the 1080 release. Much of the production from suits to sets look like something you'd have found in 70s Doctor Who. Given that the Seasons Beating monsters look much better in 1080 than the Generals do I'm just going to assume they were poorly designed and even more poorly engineered. I liked the design of the new general, even if the execution of that design was poor. Still though, the action is wonderful. The use of computer generated effects, the huge personality of each Kyoryuger, the wire work and fight choreography and the general sense of flash and style give the movie the same punch in the action sequences that the series did, which was the whole reason I could finish that show. The Kyoryuger are badass, and I love how powerful they feel.

Those jackets were awesome. Totally the best part of the movie. But the whole thing was brilliant, especially with more Yayoi. I can't wait for the Vs Movie.

So that was an enjoyable movie. I'd actually want to see a series with the future Kyoryugers now. Someone perfect cloning technology so it can happen! As for the movie itself I'm a little sad that the off color Kyoryuger theme didn't stick. I get the need of the proper colors to have their ass kicking mojo, but I wanted to see the redundant team colors get some proper ass kicking in as well. Uppi really stole the show for me, and I'd love to see a buddy cop movie with him and Utchy now.
