It's kind of a slow start, partially because it doesn't start with an origin but already has the two main Riders working as established heroes. It's worth getting through that, though, as the show really picks up by episode 15 and once you hit episode 30 it's just awesomely epic all the way to the end.

Well we watched up to episode 10 of Fourze and right now, one of my biggest (minor) problems is there is no one yelling "HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!" in every episode. I think this place is the worst school ever (what kind of school leaves a lunchroom unattended??) and there are a lot of WTF? moments, but the Zodiarts entrigue me. I wish they would stop cramming 2-3 new switches every episode and just have him develop the ones he has already. I mean, ten episodes in, he has 20 switches and three different forms. At this rate, he will have 20 forms and 200 switches by the end of the show. Nevertheless, I do look forward to watching more tomorrow. Is there any specific spot where the Fourze vs OOO movie takes place during?

Yes actually. It happens directly before the introduction of Meteor in episode 16. His appearance is teased at the very end of the film.

Ouja is easily my favorite rider, but i love all of them, zolda, Raja (RIP ), knight, ryuki, all fantastic riders. sure scissors was meh and gai was alright, but goddamn this show is fantastic

Oh he had a pretty interesting four switch Limit Break near the end. Can't remember which episode exactly, though.
