Story:
The year is 2014. A mysterious meteorite from space crashed into Japan's Seto Inland Sea. The meteor carries a colony of alien nano machines which can assimilate anything in its path, from inanimate objects, animals, plants, and even humans. The result of this assimilation are horrific creatures known as Mechalators, cybernetic horrors hell bent on assimilating everything in their sight, effectively planning to turn Earth into their new homeland. For 4 years humanity fought against these Mechalators to little to no success due to the invaders' special abilities to self-recover, self-multiply, and self-evolve, until a mysterious paramilitary organization called Reborns made themselves known. Operating mainly in the Japanese island of Kyushu, Reborns provided humanity with the means to combat the Mechalators - hi-tech suits of armors that enhances one's capabilities, armed with arsenal capable of cancelling the Mechalators' capabilities of self-recover and self-multiply, as well as having an adaptable combat system that enables the user to keep up with the Mechalators' evolution. By reverse-engineering the Mechalators' nano machines and turning them into particles called RG Particles (RG is the acronym of Rider Genesis), Reborns' scientists are able to produce a number of these armors, which are activated through belt-like devices called the RG Drivers. These Drivers are handed out to a number of people across Kyushu, volunteering themselves into becoming soldiers of Reborns in combating the Mechalators' threat, using the Drivers to transform into warriors called "Kamen Riders." The story focuses on an amnesiac young man who found himself washed up in the shores of Beppu in Oita Prefecture. Saved by a team of Reborns members from a group of Mechalators who are about to kill him, the young man unknowingly thrown himself into this ongoing war after the Mechalators executed a counterattack on his saviors' campsite, forcing him to don the team's RG Driver. Managing to activate the RG Driver without any difficulty much to the team members' surprise, the young man transforms into Kamen Rider Exige. With his new-found powers, the man and his new friends must fight to defend Beppu from the Mechalators, crossing paths with the city's other Riders as well as Riders from other cities and prefectures in Kyushu, as well as uncovering a sinister conspiracy involving Reborns and the Mechalators, while slowly recovering pieces after pieces of the young man's memory along the way. Characters: And now to introduce the 5 Riders of Beppu! The city itself is divided into 5 districts, each district being guarded by one Rider. Initially Reborns regulations prohibited any of these Riders to operate in another Rider's territory, resulting in early skirmishes between Riders in the beginning of the story, but as the story goes on, they realize that they must work together in order to stop the Mechalators. 1. Krishna Sadhana Gender: Male Nationality: Indonesian Age: 18 Height: 185 cm Weight: 70 kg Motif: Mecha/Knight/Garuda Rider Type: Hero Our main protagonist. Krishna Sadhana is a man of a mysterious past, losing his memories prior to the start of the series and his name is only known thanks to a dog tag that he carries around. A quiet, kind and rather laid back person, Krishna believes that everyone is worth fighting for because everyone has some good in them, even though that person is a Mechalator. He has a strong sense of justice, yet due to his memory loss he has a few or even no social skills at all, easily feeling nervous around people. But deep down he cared very much for his friends and despite his lack of fighting skills during his first few fights as Exige (also caused by his memory loss), the desire to see the warm smiles of his friends has driven him to train hard in order to use the RG Driver properly. Later on it is discovered that Krishna has an uncanny skill to predict his opponent's next move, something that compensate his utter lack of fighting technique and helps him perfect his own skills. As Kamen Rider Exige, Krishna and his team protects West Beppu. Kamen Rider Exige Codenamed RBC-001 RG Driver (RBC stands for Reborns Beppu Cell), the Exige is the first final product of Reborns Beppu Cell's RG Driver development. Compared to the other Riders, Exige is quite weak in stats, but makes up for it by extreme versatility. It's lack of specialized skills is made up by its compatibility with "Packs," combat-extension upgrades that are converted into RG Particles and stored in RG Disks, which enables Exige to change forms. Exige has three Packs at first, the default Warrior Pack, the strength and long range oriented Marksman Pack, and the speed and close combat oriented Swordsman Pack. Later Exige receives a mid-season upgrade in the form of the Kyrios Pack, which enables flight and gives the Exige armor a much more Garuda-looking theme to it, and the Hyper Quantum Pack, Exige's final form that combines the combat data of all of Beppu's Kamen Riders, enabling Exige to incorporate the fighting style and weapons of the other Riders into his own. Exige is also the first Rider to utilize the Trans-Am capability, based on the technique of the same name used by the Gundams of Gundam 00. In Trans-Am, Exige's stats are tripled as the RG Particles in his armor spreads all over his body, enabling him to counter the Mechalators' constantly evolving abilities. But this upgrade only lasts for 60 seconds before Exige's armor is forcefully shut down, meaning that he must wrap up the fight as soon as possible. In Warrior Pack, Exige's Trans-Am state is colored green, in Marksman Pack red, and in Swordsman Pack blue. Kyrios Pack gave Exige an orange glow in Trans-Am, while Hyper Quantum Pack disregards Trans Am altogether for a much more powerful Trans-Quantum ability, which increases Exige's stats 9 times for 90 seconds. In this state, Exige is colored gold. Warrior Pack Exige's default form. A Jack of All Stats, all of Exige's stats are balanced in this form. Even though it is armed with the RG Dagger, a small dagger capable of cutting through the sturdiest of armor, Krishna prefers to fight hand-to-hand combat in this form. Finishers include the Solgent Impact, a Rider Punch executed as a energized jab, Solgent Crusher, a classic Rider Kick executed as a flying side-kick, and the rarely used Strike Edge, an energized slash where the blade of the RG Dagger doubles in length, enabling Exige to cut through opponents with ease. Marksman Pack Exige's strength-oriented form, which emphasizes in long-range combat. It is armed with the Strong Gunner, a futuristic-looking .45 Magnum, and the Blitzfirestorm Cannons, a pair of hidden vulcan cannons on the shoulders. It has the strongest defense of Exige's default forms as well as the most powerful punches and kicks, but it has the slowest speed and is not very agile. This Pack's finisher is the Garnate Shoot, where Exige fires a powerful fireball from the Strong Gunner. In Trans-Am, it can perform a much more powerful version of the Solgent Impact, called the Garnate Impact. Swordsman Pack Exige's speed-oriented form, emphasizing in swordplay and close-quarter combat. It is armed with the Miracle Slashers, a pair of katanas stored on the back armor, even though Krishna often only use one of these as he prefers to wield one sword instead of two. A pair of fins (similar to Ultraman Noa's back fins) are also present on Exige's back, it functions to increase Exige's speed and decrease drag, much like the spoilers on Formula 1 cars. It has the weakest armor and attacking skills of Exige's default forms, but it compensates that with superior speed and agility that often leave foes standing still. Finishers include the Revolium Slash, where Exige slashes his foes multiple times with the energized Miracle Slasher(s), a variation of the finisher saw Exige firing a crescent of RG Particles at the opponent. He can also execute a stronger version of the Solgent Crusher, called the Revolium Crusher, only useable in Trans-Am. Kyrios Pack and Hyper Quantum Pack will be added soon~ 2. Tran Ngo Thuy Trang Nickname: Chan Gender: Female Nationality: Vietnamese Age: 18 Height: 163 cm Weight: 55 kg Motif: Mecha/Shinigami/Dragon/Knight Rider Type: Anti-hero Beppu's number one Rider, Chan and her team operates at Central Beppu, boasting a perfect 100% record against opponents, thus earning her the moniker Shinigami, the Goddess of Death. A usually stoic person, Chan's calm demeanor hides her dark past, being kidnapped from her home in Da Nang by a mysterious group, who turned her and several other children into Super Soldiers with the help of dormant Mechalator nano machines. It was during this period that she somehow came across Krishna, thus knowing most if not all of the young man's past. As she escaped the Super Soldier facility with her friends, a Mechalator suddenly attacked her group and killed off her friends, thus fueling Chan's hatred for Mechalators, dedicating each fight to avenge her friends and handling her Mechalator opponents with extreme prejudice, something that leads her into several confrontations with Krishna. Despite her ruthless fighting style, Chan is also a person of honor, refusing to fight dirty and preferring to fight her opponents at full strength. Her superior skills is acknowledged by everyone in Reborns, referring her as "humanity's hope." As a Super Soldier, Chan has the ability to teleport rapidly and turn invisible, something that helps her very much in her battles. Kamen Rider Shinigami Out of the five Riders in Beppu, the fearsome Kamen Rider Shinigami is the only Rider that uses Reborns' prototype Driver, the RBC-000 Proto RG Driver 0. In fact, Shinigami is the first Rider that Reborns Beppu Cell developed, thus explaining the inferior equipment that Chan has. Despite using an older Driver model and having an outdated arsenal, Chan's superior skills and Super Soldier nature made her a force to be reckoned with, able to fight toe-to-toe with Riders who are using the up-to-date RG Drivers. Her 100% fighting record also justifies that Shinigami is still a dangerous Rider despite the inferior technology that she has. Since Shinigami uses an older Driver, she lacked a Trans-Am mode. Instead, she has a Berserker System - a feature that doubles her stats and draws out her armor's full fighting potential, turning her green RG Particles into red, at the cost of risking Chan's body and mind. In fact because of this Berserker System previous users of the Proto RG Driver 0 were either killed or driven insane due to their inability to tolerate the strain given by the Berserker System, with Chan the only one capable of using it properly (albeit barely) due to her Super Soldier physiology. The drawback to the Berserker System, since it's a predecessor to Trans-Am, that Shinigami can only use it for 30 seconds before the armor forcefully disintegrates. And also because of the older Driver, Shinigami's Proto RG Driver 0 has a deeper, somewhat more sinister tone than the normal RG Drivers, and uses the word "EXECUTION" in announcing finishers instead of "HISSATSU," as well as the word "SAFE TO EJECT" instead of "SHUT DOWN", with "FORCED EJECTION" instead of "FORCED SHUT DOWN" should Shinigami is forced to revert back to Chan. Shinigami has two forms - her default Shinigami Pack, and the Imperium Pack, giving her flight capabilities and a more draconic-looking armor. Shinigami Pack Shinigami's default form, like Exige Warrior Pack, the stats on this form are evenly balanced, even though they're slightly better than Exige Warrior Pack's. In this form, Shinigami is armed with the RG Scythe, which blade is made out of pure energy and RG Particles, changing color when Shinigami assumes Berserker System. The weapon itself is stored in a retracted state on Shinigami's rear side, just above the buttocks. The RG Scythe is capable of responding with Chan's brainwaves when thrown, allowing it to seemingly have a mind of its own in attacking opponents. Shinigami's finishers include the Darkness Impact, an energized jab performed in a similar manner as Exige's Solgent Impact, the Darkness Crusher dropkick, and the Photon Judgement, where Shinigami mercilessly slices her opponents in half with the RG Scythe. Imperium Pack will be added soon~ 3. Gayantha Nanayakkara Gender: Male Nationality: Sri Lanken Age: 21 Height: 176 cm Weight: 72 kg Motif: Mecha/Eagle/Indian Spearman Rider type: Hero The protector of the mountainous region of Northern Beppu, Gaya is a pacifist at heart, refusing to fight unless he needs to. Gaya fights to protect his friends and his girlfriend Kalpani, who in turn also helping him by becoming his team. As an inexperienced Rider, Gaya often struggles in his fights and had to be helped by either Exige or Shinigami, but like Krishna his dream of living a peaceful life with Kalpani drives him to train harder, even to the point of learning underneath Chan's tutelage since both him and Chan uses the same type of weapon, the pole-arm. Gaya is a humble and humorous man, tends to avoid unnecessary conflict and acts as a father to his team, going to great lengths to ensure their safety despite his inferior fighting skills, willing to sacrifice himself for their sake. Kamen Rider Deva Codenamed RBC-002, Deva is Reborns Beppu Cell's second final product of their Rider development project. Like Shinigami, Deva uses a pole-arm as a weapon, but instead of a scythe, he uses a staff, the RG Staff. Like Shinigami's RG Scythe, the RG Staff is an extendable weapon, stored in its retracted state on Deva's right waist. Stat-wise, Deva is weaker compared to Exige and Shinigami, but his speed and agility nearly matches Exige Swordsman Pack, in other words Deva is built for hit-and-run tactics, repeatedly landing weak to moderate hits on the opponent and hoping the accumulated damage would slow the opponent down. The RG Staff is a unique weapon, capable of energizing itself with RG Particles that simulate the four elements, which can be adjusted by a dial on its mid-section. Blaze will give Deva fire-based attacks, Frost will give Deva ice-based attacks, Tectonic will give Deva earth-based attacks, and finally Tempest allows Deva to control winds. Deva's Trans-Am color is yellow, and his finisher is the Mandala Takedown, where Deva utilizes all four elements on the RG Staff for one, powerful overhead stab. 4. Daigo Nakanishi Gender: Male Nationality: Japanese Age: 24 Height: 180 cm Weight: 73 kg Motif: Mecha/Rhinoceros beetle/Samurai Rider type: Hero The fourth Rider of Beppu is Daigo Nakanishi, using the coastal areas of Southern Beppu as his place of operation. Unlike the other Reborns Riders who uses teams to aid them in battles, Daigo operates alone, with his sister Chihiro being his only support. The oldest of the Riders, Daigo comes from a clan of samurais, whose family technique Shinkirō Surasshu (Mirage Slash) is passed down from generation to generation. He is also chairman of the D&A (Development and Advancement) Corporation, an IT company with close ties to Reborns. Because of his rich upbringing, Daigo sometimes exhibits a rather arrogant attitude, but deep down he's a kind person who is willing to help others and is also interested in the lives of the common people, wishing to contribute something to improve their lives. It was this desire to help others that lead Daigo away from the corporate meetings and into the battlefield - his friend Pitchayapa "Boon" Wongyimyong is being treated for a congenital heart disease and Daigo has been using the money earned from defeating Mechalators to fund her medication. Kamen Rider Bushido Themed after the Japanese samurais of the past, RBC-003, also known as Kamen Rider Bushido, is a swordsman-oriented Rider, armed with the RG Katana. Stat wise it is equal in strength compared to Exige Warrior Pack, but his greatest asset is his speed, which doubles Exige Swordsman Pack. The Rider's great speed suits Daigo's high-speed swordplay perfectly, allowing him to execute his clan's sword techniques with little difficulty. Other than the aerodynamic armor and the excellent speed and agility stats, a unique feature of Bushido is its ability to split itself into clones. These clones are made out of RG Particles, yet they pack the same punch as the original. They allow Bushido to execute his finisher - the aforementioned Shinkirō Surasshu, where Busido's clones soften up the opposition with high-speed slashes from the RG Katana, before the real one comes in for the kill. A cable on the RG Katana's hilt also alters the properties of the finisher when plugged into one of the three slots on Busido's right gauntlet. The first slot enables the clone-assisted Shinkirō Surasshu, while the second slot creates an illusion of multiple blades around the RG Katana, and the third slot creates an illusion of the RG Katana growing ten times its original size. All of them ending with powerful slashes that often slices opponents perfectly. And since Daigo's a busy man, he often lets Chihiro use the RG Driver for a while - and her swordplay skills is almost indistinguishable from her brother's, allowing both siblings to fight effectively in the Bushido armor. Bushido's Trans-Am color is navy blue. 5. Wai Wai Aung Gender: Female Nationality: Burmese Age: 18 Height: 179 cm Weight: 69 kg Motif: Mecha/Turtle/Sniper Rider type: Hero The last of the five main Riders of the story, Wai Wai and her team operates at East Beppu. Like Chan, Wai Wai exhibits a calm demeanor, but unlike her, Wai Wai tends to be more warm and open to her friends, often displaying a flirtatious attitude towards Krishna, she is also quite the humorous person. Her past, however, is perhaps even darker than Chan's - she was born a psychic, with telepathic and telekinetic capabilities. These abilities soon attracted the attention of her homeland's government, who at the time was at war with separatists. A young Wai Wai was forcefully taken from her home and was used as a psychic child solder by her own government, often enduring abuse from her superior officers. Tired of being treated as a weapon, Wai Wai fled her country and went into hiding in Japan, where she hoped that she could escape the horrors of war. But instead a new kind of war awaits her - the war against the Mechalators. At first Wai Wai is reluctant at fighting, fearing that her psychic capabilities would made her being treated as a weapon once again. But after seeing the agony that is her first friend in Japan being assimilated into a Mechalator, something woke up within Wai Wai - her fighting spirit. Refusing to allow anyone to suffer from war once and for all, Wai Wai happily accepts Reborns' offer to fight as a Kamen Rider - under the condition that she's treated as a human being, not as a weapon. As Kamen Rider Arsenal, Wai Wai fights to end the sufferings of war, with hopes of leading a much more peaceful life fueling her desire to fight, with her friends supporting her as much as they can. Kamen Rider Arsenal Out of the five Riders, RBC-004 or Kamen Rider Arsenal is the most heavily armed one of them all. Boasting the strongest attacking power of the five, it is also the slowest, yet its defensive capabilities are titanium solid. Arsenal's usual armaments are the RG Pistol, holstered on the right waist, the RG Launcher, a grenade launcher holstered on the left waist, and the RG Sniper, a sniper rifle resting on the back. But that's not all - inside Arsenal's shoulders are the RG Vulcans, a pair of vulcan cannons similar to Exige Marksman Pack's Blitzfirestorm Cannons. Outside, resting on her left shoulder is the RG Maser, a small laser gun. The massive RG Launcher cannon is placed on the right shoulder, which folds down when in use. Inside Arsenal's chest are a pair of RG Gatlings, large Gatling guns that inflict massive amount of damage, while her abdomen has the RG Battery missile launchers. More missile launchers are located on the thighs and gauntlets, but these RG Missiles are slightly weaker than the RG Battery, with their sheer number making up for the weaker firepower. A pair of railguns, similar to Paildramon's Desperado Blaster, are attached to Arsenal's hips, just above her waist-held weapons, the RG Railguns. To top it all off, the knees of Arsenal contains more weaponry, this time the RG Cannons. When using the RG Sniper, Arsenal will assume Sniper Mode, where her head crest will fall down over her visor and her forehead gem slid apart, revealing a third eye that links with the RG Sniper's scope. This third eye has a panoramic view range, allowing Arsenal to easily snipe targets with little difficulty. Even adding more to Arsenal's fearsome weaponry is the METEOR unit, which stands for Masked rider Embedded Tactical Enforcer, which is based on the unit of the same name from Gundam SEED. This large support droid boasts 77 missile launchers, two huge beam cannons, two medium-sized railguns, and around 30 laser guns. Docked to Arsenal's back, this grants Wai Wai access to the Multi Lock-on System, where the METEOR's AI and Wai Wai's own telekinetic ability work hand in hand in harmony to decimate up to 100 targets at the same time. The METEOR unit is also compatible with the other Riders just like how the Suika Arms armor is used by many Riders in Gaim, but without Wai Wai's psychic ability, it can only destroy 30 targets at the same time. Wai Wai's psychic capabilities fits well with Arsenal's long range fighting style, since her telekinesis would enable her to literally bend the trajectory of bullets, missiles, and lasers, ensuring a perfect hit whenever one of her weapons was fired. Arsenal boasts three finishing attacks, the first one is Dynamic Sniping, where Arsenal uses the RG Sniper to snipe down long-distance targets. The second one is Arsenal Full Burst, where Arsenal fires all of her weapons at her target, leaving nothing behind but a trail of flames. And finally the third one is METEOR Full Burst, where Arsenal fires all of her weapons on her body and on the METEOR unit, a very destructive attack that left no mercy on its target. xxx Now that I've done explaining the five main Riders of the story, I would like to have some people helping me in making this fic, since I could not make this thing alone by myself xP I'm looking for an illustrator who could make pictures of my characters if they had the time, as well as a co-writer who would write this story with me. Hopefully with your help, Kamen Rider Exige would become a story that everyone in this site would like very much. Send me a message if you're interested. I'm looking forward to work together with you in creating this epic tale And I would like to thank you in advance for your willingness to help in this story, and I would like your opinion based on the story and the description of the characters. Any constructive criticism will be accepted.

So five main riders with civilian and masked forms along with possible upgrades... I think I might be able to help you out from a design stand point. Here's a link to my DeviantArt as a small sample of my work on both riders and rangers.

Sorry for double posting but I have a small request. Would it by any chance be possible to get a basic outline for the story you have in mind for your series?
