Might be with Saban focusing on Megaforce, they're not really paying attention to whether or not their show airs every week?

Perhaps, but I very much doubt they want to blow any faith people are going to have in the series before it even airs. At this rate I'm beginning to wonder whether we'll even see the end of Samurai.

I've sat through this much looking forward to seeing the ending (because if the clips are anything to judge by, it might actually be good), I'm determined to see this through to the end now.

From what I understand, Nick didn't show 90% of their shows this weekend. Not just Power Rangers. In fact, TMNT was one of the only things that aired as planned. Everything was changed to either Spongbob or whatever their most popular sitcom is call. I assume it was something to do with Halloween, but I don't have Nick to confirm it.
Things go back to normal next week.

Finally got a chance to watch it in English.
It seems Deker's motivation to betray Serrator was just that he wanted his sword so badly that he would go along with Serrator's plans just to trick him into fixing Uramasa. After he gave him Uramasa, he says it to Serrator, and slashes him. They cut out Juzo stabbing Akumaro, most likely since Juzo didn't look like Deker, and not even re-shoot it. I guess the story was pretty similar to Juzo, just without the family slaughtering.
Looks like Juzo from Shinkenger made a cameo, Bulk did an all too familiar pose and there is a sweet shot of Deker.
Though, I do want to know how Spike has massive boxes of gum, yet they are so poor they can't afford Christmas presents.

Saw it and actually enjoyed it. Rich Medina shines in this episode. A much better episode than the Halloween one. MUCH better.
