Out of any Kamen Rider (Main or Secondary), which one have the best character development?
For example A character start off as a shy and cowardly person who is a pushover but become legit badass who doesn’t take shit from others and willing to fight back to protect their loved ones Or A character start off as a jerkass who think about themselves and have "It’s all about me" attitude but become a kind and caring person who put other first before them. Or A character start off as an immature person who think it’s all fun and game but become more responsible and taking things seriously. If those characters don’t have the character development, they’re pretty much be same old character with no development. Just saying |

Banjou.
It's an obvious choice, but it is the best IMO. |

Considering Kamen Rider Kabuto was more about Gatack's character development, I'd say him

Ryuga's development over the course of the series was fantastic. Going from a bit of an ass who was willing to put other victims of Faust into danger if he thought it would help in clearing his name, to being willing to sacrifice himself to ensure every last trace of Evolt was sealed, was fantastic

To think that the brat from Kamen Rider Amazons would go on to become one of the best secondary Riders in history is pretty amazing.
Also IDK why, but Ryuga felt like an homage to Kagami/Gatack as they are the most prominient secondary Riders in the story to the point where they are technically the main protagonist. Ren/Knight also qualifies but he acts nore like the stereotypical secondary Rider, while Arata and Banjou felt like main Riders.

I saw US Dragon Knight and Adam is solid as far as the 13 Riders. Wing Knight wad built up good as well. Saw it on CW before RPM.

He even just casually drops Ryuga name (and comparing him to Shinji, no less) in Die's Ryuki thread. I just find that quite hilarious to do that in Ryuki discussion.

Ha, I tend to forget about Mirror Shinji's Rider name. To me Ryuga means Banjou first, Kamen Rider Ryuga second. Episode Final was not my favorite part of Ryuki, I much prefer the final ending
