The series will officially begin filming in October.
Due to COVID-19 regulations sets will be highly restricted while all props & costumes will be heavily sanitized after every use. Cast & crew will have limited circles of interaction to enforce social distancing. https://variety.com/2020/film/global...st-1234733623/ |

I wonder if this will result in a bunch of scenes like what's been seen in Kiramager.

That and a bunch of scenes being filmed in ways to incorporate the minimal amount of close contact possible.

Although I've noticed that the Kiramager tend to spend time more in suits instead of civilian forms during the first few episodes after they got back to filming. My guess was that either they were getting used to the new norm, or maybe the suited scenes were filmed in advance when Kiramei Red's actor had just recovered.

According to World Screen, apparently Dino Fury won't be split into two seasons. All of it will air in 2021.

Oh, that’s... surprising. Can only assume it’s back to the Megaforce method of stuffing a year’s worth of merch into 20 episodes then. Using easily the most merch-ridden Sentai to date...
... well, can’t be worse than anything since 2009.

Apparently Dino Fury is slated to be 44 episodes long at 22 minutes each, so it looks like we're back to the olden days of merch handling.

I thought they were still on the nick deal? Also seems very ambitious to suddenly massively expand your production schedule during covid.

AFAIK the Nick contract is still in place, yes. Obviously we'll know for sure whether the scheduling info is true next year, but hey, maybe Hasbro worked something out with Nickelodeon? I sure hope so, atleast.
