"Two decades after the final kaiju fell beneath a thunderous blaze of technicolor justice, the sentai dream has dimmed. No more dazzling battles or stadium-sized glory ? just a generation of ex-hopefuls, including five young heroes sharing a rundown flat and side gigs that barely cover rent. Warren, H?lo?se, Nikki, Satoshi, and Sofia once trained to save the world. Now they guard nightclubs, fetch coffee, and navigate an economy that has monetized heroism into a hustle. But something stirs in the ruins of this privatized paradise. And when the line between myth and memory begins to blur, these worn-out warriors must decide whether legends are worth reigniting or left to die."

I read the original French version back in August and while it was different than I was expecting it was still an interesting read and the manga-esque art with spot colouring was well done.
Also the iridescent text on the cover is so pretty. |
