Well, the new Gavan will have at least three shapes. Of which only one is red. It seems like "Red" in Project Red is like "Rider" in Kamen Rider - more of a label than the real thing. I am also interested in the flashing: “Who is the hero?” If the heroism of the main character is called into question, then it really looks like another KR show.

I think these are three separate people not only because of the "Who is the real hero?" text but also because Gold feels a bit different in terms of build and stance compared to Red or Silver.

Silver just seems to have a redecoed Zanglass Sword but also I love that weapon so sure why not.

Also lmao Red's gun is so clearly a robot toy folded into a gun shape.
