Yes, it's interesting. Plus, one of the brothers is a computer enthusiast, and that type of persona is much more relevant now than it was in 1985. It's possible to build a dynamic around that contrast.

And the running gag potential for their finisher move where Ken uses a red motorcycle that Gin is riding as a beam bazooka? It's pretty much served on a silver plate.

How are Giant Robo, Super Robot Red Baron, and Iron King?

When I first got into toku and it was more difficult to access/I didn't know where to find it, the DVD releases of these shows caught my eye and looked incredible in that sort of "this is cheesy but it's exciting to see such an obscure yet significant part of history be available" way. But nowadays I wonder if they're worth watching specifically, as opposed to any of the other shows that we have such easy access to. Any thoughts?
