Personally, I feel Calibur needs a return with Sophia as the current wielder of Kurayami, she'll need an upgrade of her own to replace Jaou Dragon.

Touma would return with Haouken Xross Saber, even Desast comes back. Also Daishinji could sure use a successor for Suzume - a female one perhaps?

I think the chances of seeing Sabela again are very high considering how often Angela Mei appears in Toei tokusatsu.

Honestly Sophia now as Calibur needs an upgrade to replace Jaou Dragon. Perhaps alongside Saikou.

Sabela?s great representing the south of SOL. Saber bring back with his Haouken!

I agree, Sabela feels like one of the safest bets to return. Angela Mei is still really active with Toei stuff, and Reika was already one of the more popular Saber characters anyway.
I?d also love to see Desast come back somehow. His dynamic with Kenzan was one of the best parts of the later episodes.
