These helmets feel like deliberate homages to past Sentai. Blue having the SPD "windshield" when nobody else does definitely cements the homage as intentional, though I can't put my finger on who everyone is. I get Megaranger vibes from green.
Red and yellow feel so obvious but I can't for the life of me find any helmets they come close to. I'm not crazy about the gem theme, kinda tacky. I do love the detailed headlights on the helmets, but I hope these all referencing past Sentai doesn't mean the mecha will be and awkward hodgepodge of random terrible things like Nininger's "homage" mecha. The fact that they're all at least vehicles (since every helmet has headlights) has me more optimistic. |

Those helmets look sweet, very intention, not lazy.

Definitely like the 80's aesthetic of the suits.

I really love those helmets especially the jewel like detail on them.

Suits feel a lot simpler than a lot of previous ones. Not sure if I like it or not.

Not to ruin the atmosphere around here, but this is the first time in years that I can finally say that I'm really, really not feeling these suits. While I do dig the helmets and the homage they evoke, that stupid black road sash over what's practically a barren spandex just ruins them for me. Had there been more elaborate symbols emblazoned onto it (like the ninninger's sash) instead just some gems followed by stripes, I would have liked it better /:
On the bright side these make me learn to appreciate zyuohger's animal prints more than I thought I'd ever do, so eh.

The helmets invoke an animal theme that's sort of hidden as well. While that makes me love the helmets, I could do without an RPM style amalgam of animal and vehicle. Now, if it was three modes, like an animal mode, a vehicle mode and a combined mode, that would be sweet.
Buttttttt too much to hope for. |

The suits are all well and good, but let's just hope the show will be good. Ryusoulger wasn't doing it for me, so hoping this is an improvement to get me to regularly watch Sentai again.

Yeah, not digging the suits. It's really just the torso that spoils it. The gloves and boots are fine, but the black road sash looks dumb and doesn't do enough given the detail present elsewhere. The black also feels out of place, like maybe if it was a silver stripe of a more classy design, or like a separate part like a belt or harness.
