So fun fact, Kazuya Okada will be the suit actor for Ryusoul Gold, and this seems to be his first known sentai hero suit actor role ever. He has been on both rider and sentai shows but his notable roles are from mainly rider shows such as Uva from OOO, Gridon from Gaim, Para-DX from Ex-Aid, and most recently as Kamen Rider Blade for the Zi-O eps to name a few.

According to r/supersentai this is "Gachireus" who is based off the Queen chess piece. And is going to be interacting with Wizel and Kureon at the hideout if the first picture is to be believed.

So I am sure by now we know that Ryusoul Gold is Kanaro, He is from a Ryusoul Tribe that branched off and made a living in the sea, has a younger sister, and that tribe is dwindling in numbers so they tend to go to the land in search of spouses and Kanaro is no exception.

Okay, that is covered so new info according to scans:

1. Kanaro's tribe's shrine is deep underwater
2. Does not seem to want to be friends with the Ryusoulgers
3. Kanaro's master is Mosarex and are linked telepathically
4. Kanaro's younger sister Oto is 123 years old (edited, did not know Ryusoul tribe members lived long lives)
5. Gachireus has a strong work ethic when it comes to anything evil, and is willing to have Creon work without rest, and Wizel finds Gachireus difficult to deal with
