It looks like Bluefin is not releasing SHMA Shin Godzilla in the US. This is from the S.H.Monsterarts - The Articulation Series FB Page.
Quote:
So SHIN Godzilla? What's the deal with that? Why hasn't it been announced for NA yet? Well, they've been trying to cut a deal to get it to NA. Time is money, and Tamashii Nations had to pull the trigger.

I take what the guy says with a grain of salt. Unless he has a statement from Bluefin, he is full of ****.

Michal Shipman runs the S.H.Monsterarts - The Articulation Series FB Page and he has been known to have a good connection with Bluefin.

Kain should be nicer, or I'll just keep telling Tamashii Nations to never do Showa Era monsters!

Glad the SHMA Shin isn't coming stateside. About time US fans realize just how good they have it. The amount of panic I've seen from them on how to import this thing is utterly hilarious.

I got my '54 figure the other day and despite all the mixed reviews about SHMA QC I'm really happy with mine. I can say I finally have the monster that started it all!
and the paint isn't that bad in my opinion. Its not like I display it under such bright lights to begin with. I just wanted to share. The joints on my figure are too tight nor are they in any way loose. I couldn't be happier with it and I have no regrets here what-so-ever! If you guys have bought (or plan to) I hope your experience with it is as good, if not better than mine. |

I usually don't care for other monsters than Godzilla but I've been eyeing Gamera for awhile now. Does anyone here have any experience with it? I'm not really a fan of the stomach gimmick but the overall quality of the figure.

Gamera is amazing. However, I recommend not open his chest cannon thing up because the pieces don't like to go back in place and sometimes opening them up makes them loose.
