I mean the only fix I can think of is tighter ball joint connections on Dyna Wing's hip armor pieces. Maybe slightly tighter connections for the waist, not that it desperately needs it...
Again, this isn't DX Gridman. If anyone says its a mess, trust me it's not. Having put it together and taken it apart myself and seeing where the drawbacks are, it's solid overall. I have two questions about the toy: 1. In Dynazenon mode, how is the articulation in the arms, can the toy make a T pose? 2. In Dyna Rex mode, how is the articulation on the neck, can the dragon look left to right? |

Dynazenon can't T-pose due to how the shoulders are shaped along with how the shoulder combination works. They can get up to his sides farther than you'd think due to just how that combined joints work, but a full leveled T-pose isn't possible.
Dyna Rex's head can look a little up and a bit down but that's it. Since the head parts essentially slide out from Soldier's torso and around his head, it wouldn't be possible to put any sort of horizontal articulation there. Same with vertical movement since it's both hindered slightly by the transformation parts and the helmet filling in the gap behind his head. |

Mine are fine. No stress or cracks or anything. You don't even put any stress on those spring pins in any mode, the only time the hinges are used are for folding the arms away in Dyna Rex mode and even then they don't have anything pressing on them.
I made sure to check both pins while taking the forms apart too, so I'm gonna chalk that up to bad QC luck.

The pins themselves are under constant stress though. I just had my SOC Dragonzord's shoulders spontaneously break from them and then bought a new sealed replacement that was cracked by them out of the box.
I now freaking hate spring pins. But I don't think a second run would not use them. They're kinda used a lot though in stuff like this.. so unless there's more than the 1 early case, I also don't think it's a big concern yet.

I saw online that a model kit of Dynazenon is being produced by Moderoid (Kotobukiya). Honestly pretty excited about that. As much as I love what I've seen of the DX toy, it's a little too big for my collection.
