Sometimes you can find FB pages streaming them. Youtube is a really hard maybe, since Sentai and KR uploaded to Youtube tends to get taken down within the week, so you'd have to marathon it hard (Or settle for manipulated uploads, which usually involves shrinking it and speeding up/slowing down the footage or just muddying the sound).
You might get lucky with Dailymotion, but I've only seen movies uploaded there, not full series (But considering the amount of series available, I might just not have been looking for the right ones) For some reason, the only time toku uploads on YouTube last is when it's in effing Vietnamese. I have no idea why... I honestly recommend torrenting, or direct downloading if it's an option and you're really patient.

A simple google search will show you how to get started torrenting. Toku torrents can be found on NYAA. (Though I don't believe Dynaman has been fully translated, so you're out of luck there.) |

He already mentioned that site in his first post.
And I always always always advise people not to use kissasian. They take episodes that sub groups worked on, for free, and put them on their own site to make money from advertisements. It's a scummy thing to do. Many fansub groups post DDLs as an alternate download source in the comments section of their release posts. But yeah, torrents are the best option unless you absolutely can't. |

Torrents are really easy, especially for toku. It doesn't take any technological know how, and you're not going to be targeted by the copyright holders for infringement cause they're all overseas. If you ever feel guilty about "stealing" just buy some imported toys, and you'll contribute directly to the show's financial success.
