No Pricing as of yet, but we know she'll be coming out in November.

It looks perfect, as expected.
But I couldn’t care less about this if I tried. Sorry, as much as I like these characters, I see no need to own highly articulated action figures of them. |

Nothing bad to say about the product, though I feel like we're stretching what counts as tokusatsu with this being covered here!

It's from an anime based on a Tokusatsu that is a direct sequel to said series. It even has one live action scene in it. We've covered the Garo anime and associated figuarts numerous times in the past as well. If something has an established connection, in this caseĂ* being a new medium for the same property, then we tend to cover it.

Wait... she's a full head shorter than Gridman, obviously less paint and articulation, but costs 10 bucks more? What? Is this popular character tax or am I missing something?
Also, gotta love the exclusive accessory garbage. I don’t want this figure and it's actually not a key accessory but it still sucks. This time last year I would've jumped on this with no second thoughts. Now though... I just hope she and Akane sell well enough for us to get Yuuta.

It would've been a lot harder for me to say "no" to if this had come out even six months ago right after the show ended and I was still on a Gridman high, but... Yeah, the combination of holding back the Dog, the pricepoint, and just plain timing does Rikka nothing to warrant my attention. I've got Sabers to pay for this year and 7500 is already TYPE-MOON-level character taxing.
You know better than me that before any male character happens they'll do both Akane and Rikka in swimsuits. I already hate it for being a possibility, all this girls-in-swimsuit related merch for Gridman creeps me out big time. |

While I don't hold the same revulsion for erotic depictions of fictional characters, as a figma collector since the very first one over a decade ago (I have like... over a hundred now?), they almost never do swimsuit versions of characters and stick to signature outfits - something I always appreciated about the line as I myself don't care for swimsuit versions. I think they've only ever done like two? Saber and Sonico.
