Anyone know about Chokosou Senshi Changerion? It seems interesting, but I haven't seen anyone talk about it ever. And is it the final installment of the Metal Heroes series? It seems like it, but I don't see it grouped in that category, I see it grouped as a one shot.

Anyone remember the last time Ultraman Cosmos actually took down a kaiju on his own TV show?
For those that don't know, his whole shtick is different from the standard issue Ultraman who goes blasting kaijus away like nobody's business. Instead he tames them and has them stop causing a ruckus. Quote:

Hagino who most love as Asakura/Kamen Rider Ouja from Ryuki played the role of private eye Suzumura Akira, who is kind of a dummy and a womanizer unintentionally bombarded by his source of power the Crystal Power(not making this up) and is then fighting the bad guys of the show called DarkZide with the good guy organization of the show called SAIDOC. Also, the name is pronounced "Shan-ze-ri-on", which means that the 'Change-' part is pronounced like the French word Changemont.

For toku that where adapted into anime. There was also Seigi wo Ai Suru Mono - Gekkō Kamen (The One Who Loves Justice: Moonlight Mask). Moonlight Mask was one of Japan's first Toku TV shows in the late 1950's and got a anime adaption in the 1970's.

I forgot one more. Iria: The Animation, it's a prequel to a Toku movie called "Zeiram".

Would you guys like to see Gen Urobuchi write another toku that is not Kamen Rider? Like he wrote a Super Sentai show or a Godzilla movie.

The comedy relief character and 6th survive, and it's revealed that the mentor was actually the true big bad and plans on doing it all over again in a few years, only for the spirit of the 6th ranger to kill him and use his life energy to shift the universe slightly, so all the rangers survive the climax, but none of them have their powers and they become complete amnesiacs.

The climax involves all the Rangers systematically sacrificing their lives one by one so the Red ranger can deliver a final blow to the big bad, dying in the explosion as well.

And how much forced goofy humor to entertain the little kids and sell toys gets shoved in? I mean, it WILL still be there, Gaim wasn't all despair and death all the time. Otherwise Oren would've been a crippling alchoholic with severe mommy issues that manifest in his flamboyant behavior and there would be a scene where Junoichi saves him from commiting suicide.
He'll be the one character he compromises on. He'll be derping around like a dinosaur as he tries to write his depression inducing stories.
