Yeah, that price is insane. You can get much better collector quality toys for much cheaper. I love my Sentai mecha collection, but at the end of the day they're just pretty bricks and not a lot else, if I'm spending over $100 after shipping its because its rare or there're multiple coming, let alone more then double a rare Sentai mecha usually is plus the $60-80 shipping it'd cost to get here.
People have been clamoring for all the Legacy items up til now, so they might've figured they could set it at whatever price and it'd still go like hot cakes. It remains to be seen if it will. I don't consider myself stingy with collector items, I've bought every Transformers Masterpiece released at retail or above and I'm constantly shelling out big bucks for Sentai/Power Rangers/Transformers stuff, but even I probably won't get him, because that price is atrocious, but we'll see how much restraint I have when preorders go up. |

There is a simple way of getting the price to drop on a figure like that...
Just band together as a Collectors Collective and don't buy it...if Bandai/TRU even think that there will be a high demand, and over populate the shelves..by not buying it, it will drop to clearance faster. Look at the Beast Fire Predaking...$60 to start, I just picked one up for less than $13... Just saying... =========== I will be picking up that MachFaclon, Q-Rex, and most likely the Ninja Storm zord...just for completion sake)

I was just looking at Ooebi's Hobby Factory http://ooebihara.sakura.ne.jp/ and I'm trying to figure out how the Ninja Storm Zord will even work on the issue of integration.
I'm thinking their display may have been misassembled or something, or perhaps it was still in prototype phase, I don't know. If it is as it seems to be, then I'm terribly confused because it has Zordbuilder pegs coming out of it and I see no holes in it. (I'm assuming they're all along the back of it or something.) I'll still buy it for completeness sake, but I'm just so confused as to what it's supposed to do... |

I do hope BOA will reconsider, I have spent alot of time and money into those keys and I sure as hell am not paying for high secondhand prices for convention exclusives.

They've already revealed their next series with Dino Charge and revealed all that they're going to be revealing for Super Megaforce yesterday at Toyfair. The next push will be at SDCC and will likely feature the Dino Charge toys. Outside of con exclusives there won't be more keys. And just to clarify you won't be able to complete teams even if you do pay high aftermarket con prices. There will only be a grand total of about 60 ranger keys including what's already been released at retail so far. With what little that leaves now, it will be impossible to complete most teams even with convention exclusives thrown in the mix.

yeah, that's exactly what i was thinking. it takes TRU FOREVER to clearance toys.. and when they do, the price drop isn't very much to start.. it'll take it 3 or 4 years of shelf warming to get the thing down to a real clearance price

200 fraking dollars! sorry but i don't see the justification on that for titanus. even if it is a reworked 2010 mold it still shouldn't cost that much, even if it was motorized. i don't see how die cast could make it cost that much, considering its around the size of the other two legacy zords. god dang it.

Man all cool stuff out of Toy Fair as usual, and the Wallet cries as usual because of it. Got my Legacy Dragonzord Pre-ordered and still waiting for release, guess I'll be buying/Pre-ordering Legacy Titanus when that becomes avaliable. Super Megaforce stuff looks cool too, Got my Legendary Megazord and still have yet to find my Gao Lion (GaoRanger is kinda stuck like glue sorry) So need to pick up the Q-Rex and the Turbo Falcon, and possabley the Ninja Storm Ninja Zord.
