Out of curiosity, who do I contact if I get a defective Figuart? Is it Bluefin if their logo is on the box? Is it Tamashii Nations? I ask because I have a Figuart Zero with two right hands.

Well it depends on what retailer you purchased it from. If it's something you just purchased from a seller then I'd try to contact them. If you got it from an online retailer of some sort then I'd recommend contacting them.

If it has BlueFin stickers on the box I'd say try to contact BlueFin, if it's Japanese, most manufacturers won't help if you don't have a Japanese address.
