Kuuga. But there's a fair amount of CG during the fist fight transformations, where he's punching, while the suit's going on around him.

I'm not completely opposed to CGI, I just don't like when there's a ton of it. For example, when the mech battles in Sentai are mostly CGI, it takes me out of it.

Rider rarely gets super bad about that. Most of the fights are still dudes in practical suits, sometimes with extra special effects thrown in. Hibiki is really the only glaring and persistent exception to that rule, but you should watch it anyway because it's Hibiki.

For anything Heisei, I would say: Kuuga, Agito, Faiz, Blade, or Kabuto.

I would recommend Den-O because it is the friendliest of all series. After that, you'll be ready to watch anything else.
I don't recommend Hibiki, however. It was so tough for me to finish. |

I love kamen rider Faiz and Blade they don't use too much cgi. The ones that do use a little bit more which I enjoyed very much are Kabuto,Kiva,W,Wizard, and Gaim. This is irrelevant but I'm in love with drive right now and I hope it becomes an amazing series.
