In Go-onger, they were effectively characters- sentient vehicles from another universe. The face was their to make them more relateable than plain old cars- compare it to the Shift Cars.
Oh, and in RPM, they're visual units, just in case anyone's wondering how the hell they explained away giant anime eyes in one of Power Rangers Darkest Shows |

Did RPM ever get a toy version of this mecha from Bandai America?

I share the sentiment, it looks good, but does not seem like something worth the effort and money to track.

Seeing this gallery makes me kinda wish I had a normal Engine-Oh for G12, and then would display Dai-Shogun & GunBir-Oh Black ver. together. Of course, that means I would have to obtain GunBir-Oh Black ver. again... |

Why no shots with the Deka/ SPD Megazords?

Because this is a Go-Onger gallery? A shot with those would be entirely out of context other than the police theme. But they don't even share a color scheme with the Deka Machines so it would be a rather pointless group shot.

I kinda wish they had a brighter police oriented color. More reds and blues, and a nice vibrant white. I basically want it to look like the SPD Megazords Brother.
