Good action figure photography really can make anything look good.
I haven't tried Dino Charge because (with the exception of RPM), I'm a Sentai guy, and I think I'd resent the show for missing all the Kyoryuger audio cues I love so much. Seeing entirely new designs and Zyudenryu is really nifty, though, and I'm gathering that Dino Charge has taken a step up in quality from the few series before before. I'll say this... I think may prefer the Dino Drive forms to Kyoryu Carnival. I don't know how much I blame BoA for not figuring out how to properly do a female hero's leg articulation. Even Figuarts never came up with a (to me) truly satisfactory solution when the heroines have skirts. (Massively better, yes, but it's particularly noticeable because female toku heroes do so much kicking.) Anyway, MUCHO BRAVE gallery! |

These guys look pretty good, for a "sell more toys" mode. Better than the Mega Samurai mode, or whatever it was called. Still, I guess that's what happens when you try to stretch a one year line into two years

Not a big fan of these suits but hey the figures do look pretty ok in these shots. Maybe a random pick up at the next PMC.

There are times I find an upgraded mode to actually be better than the original form. This, Samurai Mega Mode and Mysic Legend Mode are a few examples.
Love these. |

design-vise I think these are some of the better looking Saban-only power-ups.

I'm only planning on getting the villain and Megazord figures, so I'll pass on these. They look really cool though.

After Power Rangers Samurai I vowed to never buy any more zord suit "Super Mode" figures. I tend to only buy figures/zords that actually appear in the show, and these zord-only suits really push the boundary of what I would consider "show-used". I'm also on the fence about the armed-on figures....the only difference is a single piece of armor, but they come with each ranger's signature weapon....hmmm
What I AM super excited for though, are these: They remind me a lot of the 8-inch In Space Astro Armor rangers from the 90's: Last edited by Deus; 12-02-2015 at 05:29 PM.. |

Wait those things don't have the mouth plate? That actually wows me more than all the added armour
