I'm not sure how many Who fans are on this site so I'll make this and see what happens. So, anyway, discuss!

Should have been called the thread of wibbly wobbly timey wimey stuff =p
I guess I'm not a super dedicated fan though. I had little experience of Who before its return with Eccleston. Watched that though and thought it was awesome, then sort of stopped watching shortly after Tennant started. Just didn't like him for some reason, then I got back in with the last of his specials and have been watching it since Matt took over. Can't wait for the rest of this season, especially now the babe that is Jenna Coleman is on board =D |

Aww, I made a Doctor Who thread back when Tokunation started and it barely got any love I hope this one lasts a bit longer
Anyway Doctor Who is probably my number one fandom. It has been since I can remember, and my various other toy collections pale in comparison to my (mostly Dalek) Doctor Who one This year is going to be a fantastic year to be a fan because there's something for everyone. The second half of the current season is showing some real potential, there's the 50th anniversary episode to look forward, a docu-drama that's shaping up to be fantastic and a multi-doctor audio story. I can't wait

Well that sucks Zeo, hopefully it will do better. With all the stuff going on this year I can't see why it wouldn't =] even if its just the three of us =p
The more I hear about the docudrama the more interested I'm getting in it. Sounds like it could be a really good watch. |

I'll admit I've only seen a few episodes of the originals. Mostly Tom Baker and Sara Jane Smith. But I've watched every episode of the reboot of the universe, love me some Doctor Who. Christopher not so much, but David and Matt definately. I couldn't think of a better replacement for David than Mister Smith. And how fitting is it the enw Doctor's real last name is Smith

I got into Doctor Who when it first rebooted, and watched it most devotedly up until Syfy pulled the rug on us American fans and decided not to bring it over after season 4.
I'd wanted to watch it so much since... And just these past few weeks I have! I watched a bit of season 4 to refresh myself on where things were, then the David Tennant specials (of my 3 Doctors, who is by far my favorite), and am almost done with season 5. Been watching on Amazon via Prime, so I'll be able to finish season 6, but unfortunately the first half of 7 isn't free yet. So I don't know how I'll get caught up with that so I don't get too far behind once it starts again next month.

Fairly old school fan here; been watching the show since I was in high school, I want to say 1997-ish. |

I started watching Series 5 of New Who on a whim and ended up loving it. It still remains my favorite series by a longshot. New Who is generally good, but when it's bad it can get really bad, particularly during the RTD era.
Like ZeoRangerV, I love the Daleks the most. Of course, I don't know nearly as much about the Daleks as he does.
