We have some more updates on the upcoming Power Rangers Super Megaforce season, specifically more updates on possible cameos from various actors.
To begin, Walter E Jones who played Zack the Black Ranger on Mighty Morphin Power Rangers tweeted the following message from his twitter account: “I just want to say sorry to all the Power Ranger Fans! I will not be in Super Mega Force. It would have been great though!” Richard Brancatisano, or Xander the Green Ranger from Power Rangers Mystic Force, let Fury Diamond of RangerCrew.com that he was not invited to be a part of Power Rangers Super Megaforce. Rhoda Montemayor, or Rose the Pink Ranger from Power Rangers Operation Overdrive was not invited, and had the following to say: “I’m a bit gutted that I didn’t get the invite, but if I had been invited, I definitely would have begged my producer to rejig the shooting schedule so I could to do it…and to the lucky rangers who are doing it – may the force be with you.” Erika Fong, or Mia the Pink Ranger from Power Rangers Samurai is not able to go to the cameo shooting, as she is busy with another project. This one shocks us because the rest of her cast apparently are returning. Steven Skyler, or Antonio the Gold Ranger from Power Rangers Samurai was invited and has not come to a decision at this time. As always, a big thanks to our friends at RangerCrew.com for being able to get answers out of a lot of the actors. Don't forget to check out our comprehensive list of returning and not-returning actors for Power Rangers Super Megaforce!

Fudge. I would've loved seeing Walter again, and even Rose. Any word on Bosch yet? He's already come back twice before

Man, Walter would've been great to get back.
And what, Antonio isn't confirmed? He's the only one from Samurai that I'd want back...

I'm actually kind of sad to stop and realize that nearly NONE of the cast from "Mighty Morphin Power Rangers" will be attending the anniverary season on the 20th anniversary.
Austin St John/Jason Geiger (Jason) - no one has heard from him/can't find him Amy Jo Johnson (Kimberly) - highly doubtful she will accept Walter E Jones (Zack) - turned down offer Thuy Trang (Trini) - deceased, RIP David Yost (Billy) - turned down offer Jason David Frank (Tommy) - everything says yes but he won't confirm it himself yet Steve Cardenas (Rocky) - rejected offer Karen Ashley (Aisha) - rejected offer Johny Yong Bosch - no one has heard of he's attending or not Catherine Sutherland - still waiting to hear if she's attending or not But if you go ahead and assume that all the "we don't know"s are "no"s, then that leaves ONE CAST MEMBER from the original show coming back. That's a heart-breaker. We, as fans, should be saddened by this. DO NOT START ANOTHER "BLAME SABAN/BLAME THE ACTOR" ragequit fest. But still, to have (thus far) only ONE of the original coming back, and they could be the ONLY ONE FROM THE ORIGINAL SHOW PERIOD coming back, is pretty dismal.

I have hopes for Johnny. He's come back twice before, he always seems really proud of the work he did in MMPR, and.. He's freaking Ichigo!

I know a lot of people have already asked this question, but do you think Adam will finally die?
I'm pretty sure Tzachor is trying to brainwash the new generation into thinking the entire Disney Era is of the same quality as Operation Overdrive, especially now that we know Rhoda Montemayor wasn't invited. Last edited by KRX; 05-15-2013 at 07:29 PM.. |

It's unfortunate that so many are turning them down. These are the actors I've love to have back (There are some from other series, but I'm doubtful they'd return, either).

What if Tzachor is the real evil behind SMF, his plan being to destroy the Disney era?
