Yeah, this is pretty monumental imo- after looking through their twitter it seems that they're currently in the process of seeking out retailers to partner with so they can get figuarts to the market.
Someone asked, and apparently they "should have some Kamen Rider lines later this year" They had a booth at mcm comiccon last weekend which I walked past a couple of times, primarily had Dragon Ball, Sailor Moon, and Mario stuff but with a couple of Monsterarts , the Samurai Darth Vader, and one of the latest Iron Man suits. If I'd actually had my brain switched on I would have thought to try and get information from them about what lines they're hoping to bring to us, who they might partner with, etc Regardless, I'm pretty excited by this news! |

I'm very interested to see how this all turns out. They just opened a Facebook page and they seem to be pushing both Star Wars and Avengers as figures that'll be coming soon - two things I would have originally assumed to be off limits. If they get around things that even Bluefin don't seem to be touching, this could turn out to be pretty huge indeed.

But agreed, especially with hopes of Rider lines (thanks for that one ), which is something I'm incredibly surprised by for market that's both new to them and relatively small, this does seem pretty amazing. I'm curious as to what retailers they'll end up working with- I would assume it will be most if not all online, but I believe that in the states they're stocked by Barnes and Noble, primarily a bookshop, of all places, so who knows! |

Kamen Rider figuarts in the UK? That would be quite something...something that WILL MAKE ME GO BANKRUPT.
It'll be interesting to see what they do, last year Bandai did open up licenses or something in the UK for retailers to officially sell some Japanese stuff, I know Kapow Toys got in loads of gundams and some Agito figuarts through the official route. Question though is if anyone will actually pick up Rider stuff, the UK's only exposure to rider was Masked Rider after all, did we even get Dragon Knight?

Just in case anyone cares, PR: Dino Charge toys are hitting shelves. Seen them in TRU and the Entertainer in Manchester.

Seemed to have completely missed this but the Avengers Figuarts are up on both Forbidden Planet websites, along with some of the newer DBZ stuff. Still no toku, but this is still more than I expected to see from a UK-based retailer even if they could be importing.
https://forbiddenplanet.com/?q=S.H.Figuarts+Figures https://www.forbiddenplanet.co.uk/in...=s.h.+figuarts Prices are predictably high though of course.
