Which would you prefer to have of the Shogun mecha? A Soul of Chogokin treatment or a Legacy Megazord variant?
I'd love both but since we already have a Legacy Falconzord the OCD in me would just go crazy if we don't ever get to use those clips on the Legacy Falconzord's wings. |

Well, both would be good eventually, as there are enough people who would buy either one.
For me personally, I'd like to see a SoC one more. Legacy will probably keep mostly everything the same mold-wise except maybe a few extra points of articulation but switch out stickers for paint apps. It'll still be mostly a brick though, especially the smaller guys. Meanwhile, the SoC will do everything to give this guy and all of the Beast Generals a complete makeover and have them be as articulated as possible. Which would be great considering they are humanoid in shape so Bandai Tamashii could really make every single Mecha an action figure by itself. Of course, SoC will rip a giant hole into your wallet and that's certainly not an option for everyone, but for me Muteki Shogun would be one of the few Sentai Mecha I'd start saving the funds for if a SoC-version gets announced. |

Legacy Shogun Megazord is way more likely to actually happen but I'd rather have a SOC Muteki Shogun. That'd be awesome. (and really expensive!)

Yeah when I read this I got confused and thought this was for a SOC or Legacy Dai Shogun which I thought how the hell would a SOC for that work.
As for the Shogun Megazord the SOC would be the nicer one for it will have as much articulation as their God Mars if I had to guess plus their weapons would be better and not red. I want the Bear to get the claw weapon thin with an actual chain. |

The Godaikin lover in me is shouting for Legacy.
But SoC Megazord is very nice...although not LIGHT YEARS above the Legacy version as some like to think, stickers aside. The leg articulation isn't very good. The arms are fantastic but the sword loosely fits in his hand. Neither version ponied up for working wheels/treads on the leg zords. I'm afraid that a SoC version of Shogun would end up the same...making Legacy a nice, affordable alternative. |
