Just saw the Genm vs Lazer episode and wow.
Beautiful finish, great insights into Genm's mind. Kept Lazer consistent from the beginning of the series and even some closure to Snipe. Wonderful episode that was but we can discuss all episodes here. |

Brave/Snipe was pretty weak. Both characters kinda of felt like their stories were done and I don't think the movie really added anything to either of them. Hiiro had to go through his trauma all over again and I don't know what the hell they were doing with Taiga/Nico, but it wasn't good.
Para-DX/Poppy was a lot better, as both characters felt like they had actual stories left to tell. Enjoyed all the callbacks to older parts of Ex-Aid, and Saiko was a surprisingly good addition to the cast. Genm/Lazer was definitely the best of them all. Kuroto was the definite highlight of the entire trilogy and I've really come to like Kiriya in his later appearances. The pair have one of the best dynamics in the entire show so I really liked that it ended with them. I think Kuroto's endgame could have been made a little clearer at the end since Saiko's explanation made it all seem overly complicated, but it was still a really solid movie. Bonus points for it making Masamune an interesting character. I don't usually have much hope for epilogue V-cinemas, but this was a pretty satisfying end to Ex-Aid all things considered.

Am I the only one who like the Brave and Snipe V-Cinema here? I think it's good and still worth to be watched. However, I can't deny it was overshadowed with the next two movies. I felt like the only biggest disappointment for me was they didn't revive Saki at all. I know that the hopes are up at the end of trilogy but, oh boy, Hiiro has gotten through so many sh*ts in the series. I just want this guy to have a proper good ending for him. Also, I still torelated them for using Lovrica as the enemy here but I think Graphite would have been a much better opponents for Brave and Snipe even it must retread back a little. That or having Hiiro must to fight a brainwashed Saki instead is just a more cool ideas. I still enjoy the Brave and Snipe parts, I just don't care with the whole romance on Nico because I'm more invested on Hiiro x Saki :3, but there are more cool ideas and executions here and there
