Interesting battle between Makoto and evil Makoto..
Makoto in his Deep Specter form has difficult against evil Makoto in Specter default form.... Their battle is draw but Makoto injured...... I am didn't expect when Jabel comeback in this episode and he battle against Aran but thats good thing... Takeru enter to Sanzo Ghost Eyecon and they use Chinese Great Wall as main setting in Sanzo Eyecon.... Finally! Aran can use Sanzo Damashii again His Gan Gun Catcher attack when he use Grimm Ghost Eyecon looks awesome and his finisher when he ride gold chakram and aided by three Sanzo's disciples looks awesome too!!! Jabel defeated by Necrom Sanzo Damashii and three Sanzo's disciples. Battle between Ghost Mugen Damashii against Ganmaizer Wind looks cool too! Ghost Mugen Damashii has difficult against Ganmazer Wind's wind attacks but Ghost Mugen Damashii can kill Ganmazier Wind by Gan Gun Saber Riffle Mode... Next episode: Gyro's return, 15 Heroic Parka Ghost attacked by some of Ganmaizers, Ghost Grateful Damashii is used again, and we has new flower-like Ganmaizer? Holy shit, I found the a-plot in this episode unbelievably obnoxious. Just grimacing and rolling my eyes the entire time. Freaking horrid.
Stuff with Makoto and especially Alain was much more interesting. And the Catcher's sounds are as great as expected. Javert though. What is he even doing, why is he doing whatever it is he is doing, and what has he been doing since the last time we saw him do a thing (which was, if memory serves, like 11 episodes ago). Just, what purpose does he even have anymore and why was he here and...just, seriously what is the deal. |

I am always think Jabel will become good guy in the future just like Snake Orphnoch....
Yes, in the next episode, Jabel will be helped again by Onari.... About Jabel's batlles: - He win against Ghost Ore Damashii and Specter Specter Damashii in Episode 10 - He almost defeated by many of Ghost's Forms and Specter's Forms in Episode 11 - He defeated by Ghost Toucon Boost Damashii in Episode 12 - He defeated by Specter Houdini Damashii in Episode 15 - He defeated by Ghost Grateful Damashii in Episode 23 - His battle was draw when he against Necrom Necrom Damashii in Episode 25 - He win against Ganma Superior Knife (Igor) in Episode 28 - He defeated by Necrom Sanzo Damashii in Episode 37 Yes...Jabel's is quite active in battle. Adel still has only one time agains Riders in Episode 22. Gyro has three times against Riders in episode 31-32, and 38. |

Huh, thought it was episode 26 for some reason.
Still, that's a couple of months since we last saw him, more than a month in-story, and we just have no idea whatsoever what he's doing. He hadn't even been mentioned in ages and now he just randomly pops out in the forest where Alain also randomly appeared. And they fight...randomly. It's like they wanted to show the fruits of Alain's training, but didn't want to have him face Wind because...why? Wind was the reason he started feeling all useless. So they decided instead he should fight a Ganma Superior, which makes sense because it isn't like Ganma Superior are just cannonfodder that get destroyed on a weekly basis now...yeah. This entire fight was a non-sequitur. So...yay, Alain is now strong enough to beat one monster he easily destroyed two of just two episodes ago in his base form. Amazing. The idol stuff was also pretty awful now that I think about it. Last episode it was all driven by the telepathy, but this episode that didn't get brought up once until the very end where it was just handwaved away. Instead it was replaced with an obnoxious generic idol episode and...urghh. Even if I didn't hate the idol stuff, this episode was terrible, and didn't even really follow from 36. |

Because only Mugen can destroy the Ganmeisers permanently, otherwise Alain would destroy Wind and it would respawn, since the show wants to burn through them now. This why I don't like the fact that Mugen is the only one that can truly destroy Ganmeisers, cause it just renders the other riders as sidekicks.
Instead he fought Javert, who he also didn't finish off permanently, and who is such a low level threat the other two Riders defeated him as far back as episodes 12 and 15. My point is it's a really bad way to imply next time he sees a Ganmaizer he won't be completely useless. |

On one hand, I am sort of happy that Alan got a power-up. It's basically just a repainted Gan Gan Hand with an extra slot to patch in the Sanzo Eyecon but at least it's something.
But oh lordy, Alan fought Javel. Javel of all people. Javel whose only purpose now is to be used as a measuring stick or unit of weight. Like, Onari is as strong as one Javel, Akari is as strong as half a Javel, Necrom counts as two Javels, Specter as three and Ghost as infinite Javels. Basically, there was no point for Alan to fight Javel when he could have simply Gyro. It would have made a lot more sense as well since, Gyro trained Alan, Gyro is an Ultima Ganma meaning that he is as strong as one thousand Javels and finally, Gyro is played by Taikawa Seiji. DoppelSpecter was interesting too. Especially since Specter's actor briefly fought him un-transformed. Man do I love it when they fight un-transformed even if only for a moment. And even when he lost, DoppelSpecter posed a very interesting question: Who was the real Fukami Makoto? Will the real Fukami Makoto please stand up? I repeat, will the real Fukami Makoto please stand up? We're gonna have a problem here... INSTEAD, WE ARE TREATED TO A SONG AND DANCE ROUTINE. I swear, Ghost has successfully driven me up the wall more times then I can count. Just when I start believing that it can redeem itself, it does stuff like this. Why do I even bother. Oh wait, because of Alan, Akari and Makoto. They are the guys I actually enjoy watching. |
