I'm inclined to agree with you here about Drive or Fourze probably being next. I'd mark of Faiz because SHODO has done everything but Blaster for that series.
I also think Ryuki is plausible due to popularity and just the sheer amount of riders not being able to fit into SHODO. |

Fair, it's just they started Ryuki a while back then never came back to it, so either they wanted to do something big or they just dropped it, who knows?

I didn't mark off Faiz because while SHODO has done it, it released Faiz back in 2018. Which, if you can believe it, was 3 years ago!
The thing is is that if someone wants to get Faiz, well; he's not on store shelves and it's a bit difficult to find him on the aftermarket -- and the only recent release from the season is, uh, Riotrooper. So SHODO isn't really competition here. The likes of Agito and Blade have much more recent prominent releases that I could see SO-DO not wanting to compete there, but Faiz is pretty much done and dusted for SHODO. Also, 555 according to multiple Japanese polls is extremely popular, and even moreso; there's only 8 actual Rider suits including the two from the movie -- so you can do it all in two waves and appeal to a lot of people! The thing that marks Ryuki off for me is, well, the SO-DO people are passionate enough that I think they'd refuse to do it if they couldn't do Mirror Monsters. And that doesn't seem too feasible for how SO-DO does things. I do still think it'll be Fourze or Drive, though. ZERO competition there and it jibes with what SO-DO tends to do.

Base states Modules 1-9 wave 2 Elec states Modules 11-19 wave 3 Fire states Modules 21-29 wave 4 Magnet states 32-39 Cosmic states. Completely unrealistic wave layout. |

Ryuki would defo try mirror monster, and yeah I have no idea how that would work for SO-DO unless that just went balls to the wall and started a seperate line and like released the monsters in 3 packs like the did with sochaku henshin, which would be on a level I can't comprehend. But that's highly unlikely. I'm guessing we get drive or fourze like you said. That does raise the question, do you think they'd release tire changes? I could see em as 3 packs of 2 boxes in each wave. Like wave 1 is Type Speed, Wild, and Technique then 2 boxes of just tires. Wave 2 would be Deadheat, Forumula and Trideron, then 2 more boxes of tires. Then p-bandai would be Mach/Maschin Chaser/Deadheat Mach/Chaser, or something like that. Second set up is same wave 1 then wave two is Maschin Chaser, Deadheat (with 2 heads for mach and drive or one type with two armor types), Mach and then Chase's viral cores as a box and some tires in the 8th box (the signals feel small enough to throw in with the two deadheat armor sets though there are 6 of em due to mach using max flare and rumble dump). Then we could get a third wave of Formula, Chaser, and Trideron, then either more tires or if Lord Baron is a president setter then maybe heart? Then we get all the movie forms as p-bandai stuff. I don't know this is all pretty baseless speculation. a quick google says there were 20 tire changes, and there's plenty of ways to cram em in (or not include them at all). You know what would be really amazing boosting the unique boxes in a SO-DO Chronicle Set to 10 since regular SO-DO is doing 12 per set now. Quote:
My, completely baseless guess is: Wave 1 Base, Elec, and Fire then the first 7 or 8 modules (I imagine magic hand would take a fair bit of plastic) Wave 2 Magnet, Meteor, Meteor Storm, then 8 to 9 modules since numbers 11 through 19 can basically be 1 piece of plastic each. Wave 3 Cosmic, Double rocket, Nadeshko, and some more modules P-Bandai The bikes with the rest of the modules.

Oh my god I thought the faiz wave hit last year, okay it getting the next release is definitely a strong possibility for all the reasons you said.

You know what would be really amazing boosting the unique boxes in a SO-DO Chronicle Set to 10 since regular SO-DO is doing 12 per set now. This seems unrealistic because I feel like they could absolutely cram more then 2 to 3 modules into each box. Like look at the Kiwami arms accessory boxes, there's like 6 things in each one. The modules are bigger but they could def do more then 2 or 3 a box. Something I've realised with CHRONICLE is that they always try and make sure you get the Final Form in the retail waves, and recently with Gaim we've also seen them prioritise the major secondary riders. So I think Meteor, Cosmic and perhaps even Meteor Storm in the retail waves is a given; as would Mach, Chaser and Tridoron.

That aside it definitely depends on popularity and how much they have to cover. Gaim obviously has a LOT of suits even going purely by those used in the show, and its merch always sells well so it getting three waves does make sense. Fourze and Drive... I wouldn't call unpopular but I could certainly see them toeing the line enough to get just 2 retail waves. Also, I know this is YU-DO but there doesn't seem to be a dedicated thread and they're just the same thing as SO-DO but for Sentai; so can I just say that as my first toku candy toy figures in a while these two remind me how much I goddamn ADORE these lines and the people who put so much love into making them?? These are extremely cheap candy toys sold at the supermarket for kids to buy with their pocket money and they pack so, SO much detail and articulation in for their price point! There's flaws, sure, but for the money... my god these things are great.

I think SHODO is looking to try and do the Mirror Monsters more. In the surveys, they have asked at what price point would you like to see "a large machine, mechanic, monsters, etc."A lot of the Mirror Monsters would fall in the lineup it really comes down to budget and how much people are willing to spend between $30-$80 for one.
