Would anyone here be interested in my SO-DO collection? I don't really know where else to post this. All I ask for in return is pay for shipping(sadly, I can still only use Venmo) or send me a SHODO figure or an RKF. Sorry if this is the wrong place, but I honestly am just trying to do something nice here.
I really need to make room for Saber stuff, future SHODO stuff, and possibly RKF stuff. I love the fuck out of SO-DO but I just have too many right now. Send me a PM if you're interested or have questions, only so that I don't contaminate this thread any more. Last edited by KaiserBlue; 11-20-2020 at 03:43 PM.. |

I'm interested in Lightning Hornet and Ark-One if you are parting the collection out. I have some RKF figures I'm willing to let go, but they have been painted by me.

You don't have to take the whole thing as a lot. |

You used command strips right? Did you apply one directly to the Geed riser and z-riser?
A good alternative is buying like a hanger clip and command stripping it to the wall and then putting your riser on the hanger. The orientation would look the same and they wouldn't be bolted to the command strips and wall. Then i guess weight would be an issue, but maybe there's a way to alleviate it.

Then, bc of the weight if you want them upright, youll have to keep the command strips, theyll limit your interaction with them. If you just want to hang them but still play with them, it wont look as eyecatching but a hanger would be best. Or option 3. You could put a floating shelf on the wall with commamd strips, they are pretty durable, and they sell heavy duty ones. Better yet you could screw the shelf into the wall and put the risers on that, but it depends on if this os ypur house or apartment.

I'd be interested but I assume you wouldn't want to ship to the UK?

The hangout went off great! Or atleast, I felt it did. It actually led to kind of an interesting moment between my two friends and I.
Due to things getting shut down again, there's not really any places to "go out" to right now, so we mainly spent the day watching YouTube videos and vibing to music while eating pizza. My friends actually felt the need to apologize that we weren't actively "doing anything." When my response was that I really didn't need the day to be super exciting and that I was just happy to have their company, they kinda just looked at me like I was an alien. ...Am I the weird one?

Everyone enjoys company and socialising in different ways! There's many people - heck, I'm one of them - who can enjoy company when you're not even doing anything with each other and you're just reading your own books or playing your own games or whatever; just being near and in the company of someone you trust and like as a person is easily enough for some people.
Reason I bring that up specifically is to show the extremes to which human socialisation can be a very complex and varied thing; for some people it works best when they are doing something exciting and huge (and as someone who's not that much of an expert on the subject, perhaps for some that's one of the only ways they're able to get something out of it), whereas for others it's the complete opposite. Humans just like being around humans, and that takes many different forms!
