I didn’t get this figure because of the visor problem and because I have no connection toward Dino Thunder.
I’m from the Saban era and I kinda stopped watching Power Rangers after Time Force. Now, with that said, I find this figure very appealing and in a sense, that reminds me of the White and Green MMPR. I sort of regret not getting it now...it looks really good with the fixed helmet. |

Wouldn't the defective head be more valuable in the long run?

I can't not love this guy. He was to a 7 year old me what Tommy was to probably a lot of slightly older people - the edgy antagonist turned protagonist except sometimes the rangers still have to fight his evil clone. And his design is amazing.
Someday I'll get that fixed head.

Not really, because it was on every produced figure. The fixed helmet would be more valuable because only collectors and toy afficionados would know what channels to go through to get the fixed head. The fixed head is also being given out for a limited time, so yeah. The fixed one is already hard to get and only being distributed for a limited time. I believe that would be more valuable.

Originally I hated this figure for some reasons but the fix of the helmet made it really good also I love to unique lightning effect probs my favorite effect.

Finally got the right head in and. Uh. Yeah. This is GODLIKE. They done an amazing job on this; if the right head had been included from the beginning and there were a couple more pairs of hands, I'd be willing to give this a 10/10 despite some missing details like on the changer. As-is this is still a figure that looks near perfect and I'm getting so much out of. I'll be impressed if any other LC I get tops this!

Still can't believe how badly they fumbled that head sculpt originally, but at least it got fixed. And once you get it fixed, damn is this one of the most striking figures in the entire line. Really tempted me to get him even though I didn't plan on getting anyone from Dino Thunder, Trent just looks that cool.
