Apparently, Yost gave an interview with Zia Comics (I admit I am not familiar with them) and suggested a limited episode reunion which would explain what is happening with the classic characters and which could be released exclusively on Netflix.
https://comicbook.com/powerrangers/2...union-netflix/ Being realistic, I don't think Hasbro will support this idea just yet, but I think that if this gets some fandom support, then who knows? |

From what I have seen on TFW, Hasbro already has a somewhat relationship with Netflix going on so it is possible this could happen if Hasbro is ok with it.

Just an interview topic really. Not really news of any kind. Lots of actors speak about the possibility of reunions all the time. But this is hardly any indication that one would take place.
Thread being moved to appropriate sub forum.

What is interesting to me though is that it does show David Yost would be willing to make a return to Power Rangers, despite everything that happened to him back in the day. I was under the impression he'd be uncomfortable with returning to the role, but here he seems all for it

If such a reunion were to take place, I wonder how they'd handle Trini.

I do believe that Countdown was much bigger than what we saw, but I don't believe it resulted in a Ranger death! Ultimately, any reunion would have to address why we won't actually see her in person again, but it shouldn't be tied to Countdown! |

Yeah honestly my headcannon was that they would say Trini passed away peacefully, or she was given a treatment that is similar to Brian O'Connor in Fast & Furious 8.
